Pros:

Lokalizacja przy samym stoku , można zjechac na nartach do drogi przy której jest hotel. Śniadania są ok , duży wybór słodkości.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój przed remontem, drzwi się nie chciały zatrzaskiwać , trzeba było zamykać na zamek. W pokoju nie ma żadnej szklanki ani małej buteleczki wody.

Pros:

Location is really good - next to the slopes and parking spots. Staff kind and happy to help. Good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Wifi not available in the rooms. Elevators really slow. Bedroom a bit old and need some renovations and new mattresses.

Ottima posizione, camera e letto comodi e puliti, hotel molto grosso dovevamo fare la colazione in un tavolo lontanissim
Pros:

Camera superior comoda e spaziosa

Cons:

Posteggio a pagamento, gli altri hotel lo hanno compreso, il non avere la possibilità di cenare prendendo un piatto solo ma essere obbligati a prendere il menù completo.

Pros:

Posizione dell’albergo ottima, accanto alla partenza dell’ovovia Belvedere di Folgarida.
Camera (bagno no) bella.
Anche il garage comodissimo.
Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Bagno della stanza molto brutto, poco funzionale e non finestrato. Inoltre l’acqua calda della doccia funzionava davvero malissimo (spesso non raggiungeva un calore idoneo ma alternava tra tiepida/fredda). In questo caso è intervenuto lo staff.
Inoltre una sera siamo tornati e ci siamo accorti che c’era la finestra della camera aperta, evidentemente si sono scordati di chiuderla in fase di pulizie.
Anche il numero delle spine un po’ scarsa (solo una accanto al letto matrimoniale e altre sparse per la camera).

Easy and convenient option for a skiing holidays.
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently located close to a gondole to get to the ski slopes. It is clearly well organised for skiing/snowboarding. There are facilities to store the equipment and easy access. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was plentiful, good quality and providing a lot of choices.

Cons:

The hotel is quite old, and although renovated, it has some issues. Traveling with a disabled person proved to be a bit of a challenge due to multiple levels and a lot of smaller and bigger stairs (although manageable, and the staff really helped). The sound insulation in the rooms left a bit to be desired. Also the internet access was pretty bad.
