It is very central and clean hotel to stay, but the room was very dark and price was too much for the property

Un buon soggiorno a Mergellina
Pros:

Ampiezza della camera e posizione comoda per tutte le esigenze di viaggio che avevo. Buona colazione e staff molto cortese

Cons:

Ho preso una superior scegliendo il letto matrimoniale, mi sembra strano che il un hotel questa richiesta sia soggetta a loro disponibilità e infatti alla fine abbiamo trovato due letti uniti (anche se molto bene)

I am very happy with my stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the very convenient location. Train station is next to the hotel. Breakfast is very good, staffs are friendly and room is very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Scortesi al telefono quando ho chiesto indicazioni.
Arrivato in struttura chiedo al receptionist notturno di poter effettuare il check in anche per l’altro ospite ma non vengo accontentato. Rientriamo dopo un drink e non ci viene detto neanche buonasera, sono io a dire all altro ospite di presentare il documento mentre il receptionist, immobile, ci guardava infastidito. Mi dice “per il pagamento provvedete domani mattina” alche io rispondo di aver già pagato e lui repentinamente ed infastidito mi risponde solo “No”, neanche un “ora controllo”, e, per inciso, avevo effettivamente già pagato. Provo ad entrare in stanza ma la chiave elettronica non funziona, provo a chiamare la reception che risulta occupata costringendomi a tornare indietro.

Stanza e staff (quello con cui sono entrato in contatto) che non vale il prezzo pagato. Sicuramente il peggior 4 stelle in cui sia mai stato per rapporto qualità prezzo.
