Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, près de la plage et du centre de Nha Trang. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et boutiques aux alentours. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Par contre, j'ai trouvé dommage que les réceptionnistes de l’hôtel ne parlent pas du tout l’anglais, ce qui rendait difficile la communication. Aussi, l’hôtel affiche qu'il est accessible à la plage, mais il n'y a que 10 chaises de plage pour tout l’hôtel et il y a des plages horaires de 3h seulement. Si vous souhaitez réserver une chaise, vous devez vous y prendre à 6h30 le matin même. Il y a beaucoup de variétés au buffet déjeuner, je conseille. Dans l’ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien et j'ai apprécié mon séjour.

We booked a two bedroom apartment with “ Panoramic Ocean Views” in October with the Maple apartments AIRBNB group to assure that we got the apartment we wanted and which we have stayed in three times in the past years.We arrived late evening after delayed flight and given our apartment assignment. Our apartment turned out to be a three bedroom with “limited obstructed Views”
We called the Agents hotline and asked why we were not informed of the changed before arrival. No answer, but told the original apartment we booked has a” broken door” so not available.
We were informed to contact the day agent in the morning.
Inspection of the apartment revealed significant issues: the air conditioner remote was inoperative, the on button of the unit worked but only at the coldest and highest fan settings. We controlled the cold by opening a patio door to let in the heat.The couch was unusable being that the back did not lock in the upright position, The shower area had a great deal of floor mold , more then regular cleaning would show, the walls in the toilet area were smeared with white plaster paste over the black walls in childish manner. The master bedroom’s mattress, upon inspection ( always done to avoid nasty surprises) revealed the side of the mattress torn open due to wear and exposing many of the mattress coils and significant dust and dirt.
Contacted the Agent the next day we were never told why we were not contacted about the change but told that the original booked apartment’s owner “ took back the contract “ and all others were full except for the one were were in. With a little encouragement, they “found” a second three bedroom unit with a “partial view “ of the ocean but not the “panoramic “ as we booked.
Inspection revealed : the beds were 4 inch rubber mattress toppers over wood slats, very hard, they had a spare mattress which was 12 inches too small width wide but fit the bed.
the couch had multiple fluid stains on the cushions which indicated lack of cleaning..they claimed ,cannot be cleaned even though it is a zippered fabric covering that can be removed for cleaning .They offered a sheet to cover the stains.
a safety issue was that the water boiler is in the ceiling and not accessible to control easily , so unknown to us, it was turned on to the highest level, our 14 yo burnt her hand due to the water being just below boiling and caused minor blistering( fortunately, she was not taking a shower!)..when the agent was asked about this told that the water heater could not be turned down and unwilling to post a safety warning sign
When we inquired about an apartment change ,the agent again reported no other units available due to “ overbooking” this time.
We stayed because I was recovering from a bad bout of norovirus and did not have the energy to move .
Sadly, the Maple had been a nice beachfront accommodation but gets a hard pass and not recommended by us due to the communication issues, cleanliness and health and safety concerns.

Das Studio Meerblick hat wirklich einen tollen Meerblick vom großen Balkon, von dem aus wir auch das wunderschöne Feuerwerk zum Neujahrsfest sehen konnten
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, verfügt u.a. über eine Küchenzeile mit Ceranfeld, großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach
(sogar eine Waschmaschine steht auf dem Balkon bereit und funktioniert)
Die Betten sind bequem.
Das Bad ist klein, verfügt aber über eine große Duschkabine.
Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, vom Croissant über Wurstaufschnitt, Eierspeisen, Fleischgerichte, Suppen, vietnamesische Speisen bis zu Pizza, Spaghetti, Salate....gibt es für jeden etwas.

Der Pool ist sehr klein, es gibt nur wenige Liegen, aber man kann am Strand 3 Stunden pro Tag Liegen kostenlos benutzen (Badetücher gibt's an der Rezeption)
Nun zum wenigen nicht so posiven:
Im Fitnessraum funktionierte keines der Ausdauergeräte.
Der X-Trainer ist wohl schon längere Zeit defekt ("schlägt durch"), das Laufband hat zwischendurch immer wieder Aussetzer....
Leider erfolgten in der den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes keine Reparaturen, obwohl die Mängel der Rezeption gemeldet wurden.
Eine der Rezeptionistinnen hinterließ allerdings auch häufig den Eindruck, sie verstehe gar nicht, was wir wollen (und das lag nicht an sprachlichen Verständigungsproblemen)

가성비갑 나트랑 시내 가족 호텔!
Pros:

3룸 아파트 형식의 룸에 머물렀는데 가족들이 다 만족하고 편안하게 머물다 갔습니다. 너무 즐거운 경험이였고 직원들도 다 친절하고 서비스도 좋았습니다. 앞으로 나트랑 가게 되면 여기에서 또 머물고 싶어요!

위치가 골목에 있어서 그랩을 이용하거나 골프를 치려고 하는 분들은 골목 밖 큰길로 나와서 그랩타야 하는 불편함이 있어요. 룸 컨디션은 굉장히 만족스러우나 아파트에 사는 주민&관광객이 섞여있어 엘리베이터 기다리는 시간이 꽤 걸립니다. 주방과세탁기가 있어서 골프치고 친구들이랑 룸 안에서는 편안히 넓게 잘 지냈으나 조식도 아주 간단했고, 엘리베이터가 조금 기다려야 하며짐이 많으을시 골목길 밖 도로가 150m 가량은 걸어나가야 하는 단점은 있습니다.

Pros:

The room had no view. The hotel is located in a small alley and very difficult to drive in with mid-size car (7-seats).

The location is though very central and just a short walk to the beach area and restaurants nearby.

One thing is problematic is that this hotel also accommodate apartment owner and they use the same elevators (3x of them) and it is always crowded and slow.

Swimming pool was the worst we have seen for a 4-star hotel. It was dirty and very very small. Maybe 4-5 kids inside and you feel already crowded.


The gym is also poor. Dirty and no aircondition. Probably the worst I have seen.

Pros:

There was no AC in the lobby when we first entered in. The location was also tucked in a small alleyway so we couldn’t access it with the van we were riding. Rooms were average but the AC worked well. The TV was working but with a lot of static.

Accueil très froid.

J ai payé un supplément pour avoir un balcon : il était à 2 mètres de l'immeuble d'en face, donc vue sur un mur, on ne voit ni le ciel ni même le soleil. A ce stade on qualifierait plutôt ceci d'une chambre sans fenêtre. Très oppressant.

La piscine est sale (eau trouble) pas de serviette fournie.

Difficile de qualifier cet établissement d'hôtel 4 étoiles !

Pros:

Nice location in the center of Nha Trang. We ordered taxi only few times because everything was close to our hotel and that was good. Friendly reception, great sea view, our apartment was on 23d floor. Breakfasts were ok. Price/quality matches.
