The staff is always professional and accommodating and the beds are super comfy.
We did not stay at this hotel. They had air conditioning problems and sent us to another hotel. That hotel did not have rooms either so we were sent to the Aloft in Tempe. That hotel was fine and we were accommodated nicely.
My favorite place to stay when I am in the area. Very safe. East parking and easy access to highways.

Secluded among other businesses but still close to the freeway and major crossroads. Very nice maintained property considering the volume of traffic that comes through it. Maintenance does a good job. Front desk staff were above average and rather quick with service and check in. No issues on this stay.

We loved our stay here! The room was very clean. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby bar was always busy both nights we were there and there is a great sports pub/bar restaurant right next door that has a bunch of TVs to watch games and the food was very yummy! Would definitely stay again!
The pool was closed. I wasnt offered any help to change my check in to a different datem never checked in tonmy toom and lost money
Love the place and but when I most needed the pool for my getaway it was closed but still they do provide the shuttle to the other one. Just was sad or happened on my b'day

The water pressure in our room was not good. The hot water took too long to come through the shower. Only staying one night, but they need to look into it.

This worked. Wasn’t the greatest, but very far from poor. Bummed you had to pay for parking. Glad they had a wheel to spin and I landed on “free parking”. Score! Beds were way comfy and pool was nice!
