Pros:

The location is excellent, very close to the Sao Bento train station and a lot of the attractions in central Porto. Facilities are clean and they provide a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping only clean rooms in the afternoon so you have to be out for them to service the room or you have to request from the front desk for cleaning. Otherwise everything work well

Hotel run by apprentices?
Pros:

Location, big room, breakfast on Wednesday (only one day with all)

Cons:

Bathroom style - no privacy, no door
Lack of English of all employees
Windows - isolation was very bad, we could hear the street, people partying or during the day one old man was screaming every day something outside (seller)
Breakfast - every day was less and less, we had one day where was all (cheese, coffee and fruits) otherwise they probably just don't refill after 8:30.
The glasses were dirty (room).
I ordered their cheese plate with special jams for 18 euros, they forgot the jam so when I said, they gave me the jam from the breakfast (cheap and not fitting to the cheese) and if I consider that this is the cheaper county, this plate was overpriced because even the cheese was the same we had at the breakfast (3 different and this variation of all we had only once since the forgot to refill the breakfast), so special plate or just leftovers from the breakfast.
4* or 3* stars hotel?
Also I asked for new pillows, the basics were hard and flat, I wanted 2 and no feathers because of allergies, we got 1 good and one with feathers.
English was a big problem

Great hotel, location perfect, friendly and helpful staff team, big spacious, well equipped and clean bedrooms

Clean, tidy, great location and friendly staff team

Cons:

Nothing really apart from the coffee, very bitter and the mugs in bedrooms and at breakfast, they were like a builder’s tea cup ( not in keeping with the rest of hotel)

La ubicación es excelente. Queda cerca de absolutamente todo lo que hay que ver en Oporto

Cons:

Quizás que el baño tiene poca privacidad. Viajé sola y no era problema. Pero quizás un grupo si se le dificulta un poco

La ubicación es excelente, las atenciones del personal fueron muy amables y atentos.
Muy cerca de lugares para comer y de las tiendas, solo a 10 minutos de la Ribeira.

Elegant.
Pros:

My room was spacious and spotless. Loved the huge modern bathroom too. Really comfortable altogether. I liked that it’s quite central to everything, well positioned.

Cons:

I would’ve appreciated a USB charging port. They should consider modernising it for C type ports too.

Cons:

Staff antipático, no geral, principalmente no check-in - não foi uma experiência legal. Parecíamos incomodar pelo simples fato de estarmos ali. Simpatia zero - nesse quesito, a pior dentre os 6 hotéis em que ficamos nessa ida a Portugal. Também dentre os 6 hotéis, foi o que teve o pior café da manhã - mesmo se comparado com os outros hotéis de mesma categoria. Não tem estacionamento, mas há conveniados próximos - se você tiver a sorte de o hotel estar com o cartão disponível, o que só nos aconteceu no segundo dia. Não dispõe de academia, mas pode-se fazer uso daquela existente em outra unidade deles ali perto.
