Pros:

Camera straordinariamente spaziosa, silenziosa e accogliente. Il bagno dotato di crema corpo, balsamo per capelli e diffusore per l’asciugatura dei capelli ricci. Dimostra una straordinaria attenzione al cliente così come la macchina per il caffè con i grani macinati al momento

El servicio de desayuno y la ubicacion.

Cons:

Habia contratado parking y avisado al hotel, y no nos hicieron la reserva de la plaza, y como hubo un evento y la zona estaba cerrada para llegar, no tuvimos buena asistencia de parte del hotel para encontrar un parking.

Ótima opção para se hospedar no Porto
Pros:

Excelente localização e café da manhã. Adoramos poder estar próximo do centro e ter um hotel com ótima estrutura e quartos espaçosos.

Cons:

O banheiro é dentro do quarto e as divisórias não garantem grande privacidade. Fora o modelo do banheiro não tenho mais nada a reclamar.

Pros:

Localização excelente, quarto e cama confortável.

Cons:

Como não gosto de ar condicionado, dormimos de janela aberta. O local é bem movimentado e barulhento, mas é perto da maioria dos pontos turísticos.
O chuveiro era ruim, sem muita vazão e, durante o banho, a água esfriava e esquentava sozinha. Fizemos duas reclamações, mas não adiantou. Pedimos tbm que lavassem melhor o vaso sanitário, pois tinha um cheiro forte, e tbm não adiantou

Great location, clean room, very helpful staff at the reception

Cons:

The rooms DO NOT HAVE a door dividing between the shower/toilet and the rest of the room. There is absolutely ZERO PRIVACY. The shower door does not shut completely, the toilet is built in a way that you can see (let alone hear) the person inside.
The room absolutely does not suit a family with a teenager. After I complained, the receptionist was very understanding and offered to move us to another hotel. But eventually we settled for a simple shower curtain.
Having a normal curtain from the beginning would have solved the issue.
In the toilet there is absolutely no place to put down some toiletry products.
For some bizarre reason the towel hangers are in the toilet

pokoje rewelacja ;mało gdzie można spotkać tak przestronne pokoje
bardzo smaczne śniadanie i przemiły personel, polecam gorąco

Cons:

brak szczotki do toalety
dla wrażliwych : trochę zbyt głośno w nocy (hałas z ulicy, czasami miałyśmy wrażenie ze okna są otwarte, ale były zamknięte )

Non ho trovato alcun difetto in questa struttura, ottima stanza, grande spaziosa ben arredata. Ottima posizione, staff simpatico e cordiale. Pulizia precisa e continua. Tutto perfetto.
