Uncomfortable room in a good location
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and pretty high up; most places you would like to see will need only a gentle uphill climb.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had one of the largest rooms with two beds and a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the design of the bathroom made our stay pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom was smallish and had no door, only the shower stall and the toilet had opaque glass doors. When coming out of the shower, the other person in the room could see you naked. At night, you had to go to the toilet in the dark as turning on the light would wake up the other people in the room. The A/C worked only at times while we were in the room and not at all during the night. The room was fairly hot even in September. The few shelves available were either too high or too low to reach.

An Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Porto Centro. The location is absolutely fantastic, with everything within easy walking distance. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any minor issues we had were resolved immediately and efficiently.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

מלון חביב במיקום נהדר

מלון מודרני ונקי במיקום פנטסטי, בלב העיר במדרחוב קטן ולא רועש . הזמנו שני חדרים זהים שעלותם זהה , אך בפועל אחד מהחדרים היה הרבה יותר קטן , המקלחת הכיור והשירותים הם ללא דלת הפרדה ומוקמו ממש לצד המיטה,כך שזה חדר לא מתאים למי שאינם בני זוג או למי שחשובה פרטיות .בקשנו שיחליפו לנו את החדר שכן היו בו ילדינו הבוגרים (בן ובת). תחילה אמרו שיחליפו למחרת היום , אך כשבאנו לעשות ההחלפה נאמר לנו שכך הם כל החדרים במלון, פרט לחדר שאני ואשתי קבלנו.(!)כדי ליצור סוג של פרטיות וכפשרה הם הסכימו לשים וילון שיפריד איכשהו בין החדר למקלחת והשירותים.

העדר הנוחות והפרטיות בחדר כאמור לעיל.ששילמנו מחיר זהה ובפועל אחד מהחדרים היה הרבה פחות טוב .תהליך ציק אין איטי מאד ולא יעיל , למרות שלא היה עומס בקבלה.אין אפשרות להכין קפה בחדר אלא תה בלבד
