Fantastic stay in Porto.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location.
It was clean and very modern.
Staff members were extremely helpful and were very knowledgeable about the city landmarks.All staff were very friendly.

Pros:

location excellent. The room was a good size and practical. Breakfast was disappointing-- could be improved a lot with very little effort and cost.e.g. the hot food was not hot . If we stayed again we would not buy the breakfast .

Disappointing but facility was ok. Great location.

Cons:

The room we got was not the room we expected from pictures on the website. Our room was much smaller than the others and only had a small window high on the solid wall. Felt dark and like a dungeon. We booked months ago but when asked if we could change the room they said they were sold out and another room was not available. It was disappointing for the price we paid.

un giorno a OPORTO in un ottimo Hotel
Pros:

bellissima posizione ottimo hotel in centro di Oporto, camera family bellissima e confortevole,bagno super bello, ci ritornerei molto volentieri , auto parcheggiata in un parcheggio sotterraneo li vicino, purtroppo prezzi, non economici , hotel consigliatissimo.
