Dort werden wir nie wieder buchen ... Pforzheim hat kundenfreundlichere Hotels.
Cons:

Eines vorneweg: Ja, das Hotel hatte Recht - im "Kleingedruckten" steht irgendwo, daß Parkplätze anzumelden sind. Hatte ich nicht gemacht, da ich nur gelesen hatte, daß es Parkplätze gab. Das nehme ich auf meine Kappe.
Ich hatte 2 Nächte über Booking gebucht.
Da in der Nähe des Hotels keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten - ich rede hier schon nicht von Parken - sind, habe ich (mit einem Kofferraum voller IT-Geräte) von einem etwas weiteren Parkplatz aus angerufen und nach einem Parkplatz gefragt. Antwort: "Ich hätte keinen reserviert". Stimmt. Kein Hinweis von Seiten des Hotels, wo man denn sonst parken könnte. Dementsprechend habe ich das Hotel storniert, da ich die Geräte nicht durch die halbe Stadt tragen wollte und konnte.
Bis dahin kann ich alles verstehen.
Aber vom Hotel gab es trotz mehrmaligen Kontakt keinerlei Entgegenkommen beim Erlassen der Hotelkosten - selbst das logischerweise nicht eingenommene Frühstück wurde mir berechnet!
Fazit: Über das Hotel kann ich nichts sagen, eine Kundenfreundlichkeit ist jedenfalls nicht vorhanden, Kundenzufriedenheit nicht wichtig.

Pros:

Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz mit Ladestation.

Cons:

TV hat nicht funktioniert, Bett klein, Badlüfter läuft immer bei Badeintritt, auch nachts mindestens 10min nach, sehr laut und deshalb störend.
Frühstück sehr Basic, für 12€ viel zu teuer.

Pros:

Gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr sauber und nette Inhaber. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einem Parkplatz konnte ich direkt vor dem Hotel dazubuchen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer hätte etwas wärmer sein können. 20 Grad Celsius waren voreingestellt. Aber das ist Geschmackssache.

War positiv überrascht, für ein paar Übernachtungen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. 3-Bett Zimmer war renoviert und sauber. Hilfsbereites Personal und problemloses Einchecken. Frühstück als Buffet war reichlich, könnte aber noch etwas vielfältiger sein. Guter Kaffee.

Cons:

Nachts am besten mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, sonst hört man teilweise Straßenlärm hört.
