Dirty and old! Room is very old! Air condition is very old and make horrible noise! Hotel doesn’t want change to another room! So I need to checkout earlier and go to another hotel! I can’t sleep and rest in this horrible hotel! Hotel reception don’t refund the last three nights to me!

Dear Nran Grand Hotel
I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations based on the advertisements shown on your website and third-party platforms.
Firstly, the room was considerably smaller than portrayed, and the bathroom was even more cramped. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and failed to cool the room effectively.
The breakfast provided was extremely limited in both quality and quantity, falling well short of the standards expected.
Additionally, the hotel is more than a kilometer from the nearest metro station, contrary to the impression given online. The gym facilities were below standard, with outdated equipment, and located on a floor where the elevator was either unavailable or not operational.
The swimming pool also did not match its online representation—it appeared far less appealing in person than in the promotional images.
Lastly, the service terms were stricter than expected, and not clearly communicated prior to booking.
I hope this feedback helps in improving the accuracy of hotel listings and the overall guest experience.

Ok, stayed a few nights, lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood about 15 minutes from all the bars on a taxi bike. Food was excellent and cheap in the hotel , but loads of street food places within a few minutes and a good American Diner (visited once) which was good. Staff super friendly. Pool was empty most of the day which was surprising, lovely rooftop views. Hotel is being revamped , a grand lady of a hotel, but needs modernisation. Great great value for money.
