Pros:

Wir haben im Appartment 100m entfernt übernachtet und 2x lecker im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Der Pool im Appartement-Haus war leider zu kalt für unsere Kinder. Der laute Heizungs-Nachtspeicher hat uns gestört, ebenso das zum Streamen zu langsame Wlan.

Vriendelijk personeel, heel lekker & uitgebreid ontbijt, gezellig terras, locatie goed, parking voorzien, ruime familiekamer

Cons:

Het zetelbed in de familiekamer is aan vernieuwing toe, bovenaan zakte het helemaal in (stuk?), mijn zoon heeft er niet goed in geslapen

Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch irgendwie seinen eigenen Scharm.Und für unseren Kurzurlaub vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück war großartig! Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Wir kamen sehr spät an, bekamen dennoch Hilfe vom Personal beim Einchecken. Die kurzfristig Anfrage war ebenso kein Problem.

Der erste Eindruck vom Zimmer war schlechter Geruch und kalt. Doppelbett mit einer dünnen und einer dicken Decke versehen, Loch im Laken, sowohl unterschiedliche Kissen. Plastik Becher im Bad, statt Gläser. Fehlende Haken im Bad. Marmelade, Honig, Buttet etc alles kleine Plastikverpackungen ...

Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel , l’hôtel est propre et le personnel très accueillant

Cons:

On devrait avoir une clé pour ouvrir la nuit car ils ferment la porte (ce qui est compréhensible)

Muito bom!
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e gentis, a localização é fantástica, muito próxima dos teleféricos. O quarto era confortável, o banheiro muito bom. O café da manha era variado e gostoso e o restaurante do hotel também vale muito a pena.

Cons:

A cama de casal tinha dois colchões separados. Apesar de serem bons os colchões se distanciavam a noite, deixando um pouco desconfortável para dormir.

Ideaal hotel voor een weekendje Winterberg
Pros:

Leuk hotel om weekendje te verblijven. Geen al te grote keuze bij het ontbijt maar voor ons zeker voldoende. De locatie was super gelegen, vlak bij de pistes en zeer rustig. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en het eten in het restaurant was zeer lekker. De kamer was zeker groot genoeg en had mooi uitzicht op de pistes. Bedden en matras waren top.
