So so surroundings
Room smelled like feet.
After a long and exhausting day of travel, my partner and I (along with our furry companion) rolled into town completely drained—mentally, physically, and emotionally. We’re a couple from Tennessee, and we were simply hoping for a clean, pet-friendly place to rest our heads. What we found instead was something extraordinary.
From the moment we walked in, we were met with warmth, empathy, and genuine hospitality that felt like a deep breath after holding it all day. The staff didn’t just accommodate us—they cared for us. They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, making us feel not just welcome, but seen.
The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared—even for our pet. Every detail, from the comfort of the bed to the quiet serenity of the space, seemed designed to give us exactly what we didn’t even know we needed. It was more than a good night’s sleep—it was a sense of peace and grounding that neither of us expected to find in a hotel.
This stay didn’t just exceed our expectations—it shifted something in us. It reminded us of the goodness in people, the importance of small acts of kindness, and the healing power of rest. We will never forget this place, and we’ll be telling everyone we know (and probably a few strangers) to stay here whenever they can.
To the incredible staff: thank you for changing our lives. You may think you’re “just doing your job,” but to us, you did so much more.
For the most part I really enjoyed our stay however, when I got up and walked to the lobby I was not pleased to find no coffee waiting as was promised. There are also no coffee machines in the room. Not being able to start my day with coffee was not good.
It was easy to check in and i only asked if they checked guests in all grouped in 1 area and asked to be away from that. The guy or owner was kinda rude his response, I'm trying to run a business and give the rooms out as they go.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
wrong location and I never used it , cancelled 10 minutes after booking when I discovered it was booked in a town 80 miles away. wanted to use Motel 6 in the right town however, that will not happen.
The property felt like it was new. The staff was very friendly and inviting, even at 10pm when we checked in. The beds were top tier and the rooms were very clean.
Staff was friendly, but the property had an awful cigarette smell throughout. Upon arrival, our room was “clean” but the odor of the room stuck onto clothing and bags which had to be washed multiple times just to get the stench out. Can’t complain about the price for one night.
It was a decent room. It kind of had a smell of smoke to it, and the pool schedule was weird
The room was nice as far as size and cleanliness but, the smell of something I couldn’t identif,y was rather strong.
The staff was amazing! Friendly and hardworking. The room was comfortable and clean. Only small issue was the air conditioning wasn't the greatest. The pool was fun and refreshing.
Nice stay. Clean and well kept rooms. Excellent value for the money.
Hotel staff can't read their own refund policy. But, what else would you expect of people from North Sioux City anyway.
It was good overall for the price of it, and service was good as well!
Fully renovated, and price is good. You can compare 9 out of 10 hotel
Our room was amazing. Especially for the price. I can tell the owners take pride in their establishment. A lot of new updates. Carpeting, mattress were new. The place was very clean. The fidge was cold and the TV worked great. The areas outside our room were also updated and clean. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were very pleased!
