Other than the leak . We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Close to the beach/boardwalk

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling . We advised the staff, we were out for the day . We came back and was told all is fixed .the leak occurred again and I asked very nicely to have the room switched . When checking out the staff was very apologetic . I had to leave a day early because of work conflict . It would have been nice if I had been offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Mary who checked us in was the nicest lady we have ever met. So So nice. We also like Shirley the house keeper. She has been there forever and is nicer that ever. Thank you

My daughter booked this room based on research that included price and imenities.
Pros:

Staff very freindly. Easy covered parking, close to the beach. Quiet, well behaved friendly guests. Clean accomodations.

Cons:

The mini fridge could have been colder. The ladders for the pool were not comfortable for entering/exit.

Location was the absolute best

Cons:

Very old and run down for the price of the stay but loved the location. Was told we would get a view with an ocean view but we discovered there doesn’t seem to be any “room” with an ocean view as none faced the ocean.

It was wonderful staying right on the beach with a clean room.
Pros:

I didn't have to drive anywhere. We could walk to restaurants & shops. Everything was close, especially the beach. Parking was right there. The only reason I didn't rate it the highest was because it was tight parking w a truck but still had a space gor everyone. Staff was wonderful. They were so helpful finding me an extra night. They were the nicest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Very clean rooms also.

Cons:

The pool was down but with the beach right there I don't think anyone missed it.

High prices. Old
Pros:

Location. Free parking.

Cons:

Poor staff interaction at front desk. The reception told us to get off on the wrong elevator. I had 2 kids and carrying lots of stuff to the beach. On my way out I figured housekeeping could bring some when they come by. Then when I asked for extra towels they said come get it when you get back front the beach.

Great location but not worth the cost
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and the connected patio area was quiet, relaxing, and surprisingly empty the whole time. Great place to sit and relax or eat. The air conditioner really worked and kept the room nice and cool. They had an elevator which is great for kids and luggage despite the stairs being short and easy to climb.

Cons:

When we went to go to sleep the first night the bed sheet was sandy and it couldn't have been from us seeing as we didn't even go to the beach the first day. It was too late to call and have them changed so we had to cover it with the flat sheet. The towels by the pool were stained, had holes, and just looked dirty despite witnessing them being freshly dropped off by an employee.

The corridors are very dirty and messy. The cost of the hotel is $400 I think it's very high for what they offer.
