Beautiful building, clean rooms, laundry service, airport transportation
When we arrived at 3am, driver let us in, but we were dying of thirst and could not find any water. I eventually found the kitchen and helped myself to some water. We were the only guests there in the 5 days, and we didn't see any staff until we tried to leave but found the gate locked. I called the number and it turns out a staff member was there in the room by reception, and he gave us a gate key. Breakfast is included, but it was just sitting in the dining room for who knows how long, and we were never offered anything freshly cooked like eggs. The maid was nice but for some reason liked to move around our stuff, mixing it all up for no reason. We needed daily fresh towels due to 100% humidity, but they were not replaced daily with the cleaning.

The hotel has a lovely garden and some rooms have an amazing mountain view. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff was very helpful.

The couple who runs this hotel is very lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The room was very large, had a nice view, was very pretty and clean. The property is very quiet and there is nice space outside to enjoy the garden. The breakfast was varied and very good. The owner drove me to the airport at 4 am for my early morning flight. I would definitely stay here again.
There are many stairs to get up to the property, so it could be difficult if you have any mobility issues.

It was relaxing and well appointed. The staff were fantastic (Joaquin was an excellent host). The breakfasts were delicious. While situated a little outside the city center, it’s more calm for that. Plus the teleférico station is super close by and gets you into the city easily. An excellent start to our stay in La Paz!
