It had roaches the staff threw us out because they refused to let my son get school bus there and then told us we could never rent again
It was full of drugs n prostitution n dirty
Well I liked the price
I didn't get chambermaid service one time in a week's stay. I had to empty my own trash bags go ask them for new ones make my own beds and police my own area. And there were chambermaids on my floor I didn't understand any of it
Bathroom cleanliness, light switch near door did not work, no plugs near the bed, did not have the room I booked/reserved when checked in.
The Hotel did not look like it was maintained well just from the outside appearance. When we walk into the lobby it seemed better. Girl who greeted me at the front desk was pleasant.
The Hotel did not look like it was maintained well just from the outside appearance. When we walk into our first room, immediately struck with odd smells, the AC didn't work and the room was very warm, the shower wouldn't turn on. We expressed our concern to the front desk and they moved us to another room down the hallway. This room had better AC, but the pull out sofa my children were going to sleep on had food and crumbs and trash as well as the mattress being stained. So they moved us a 3rd time to a room that still was not all that good, but after spending hours switching rooms instead of being able to relax I got irritated because there was not even an apology for the lack of proper house cleaning or maintenance. Surely will not be returning to this place. It had a 3 star rating and cost 170+ a night... the pool water was clear, but you had one ghetto couple fighting and a whole group of people blocking the gate entrance. Tiles inside the pool were damaged, cracked, and some just missing. This place has good potential with the right management. But it's obviously family owned just for the money, not customer satisfaction or safety.
Air conditioner not working properly, even with staff assistance temperature did not drop from 75. Stained towels and sheets. When we asked for a towel to replace the stained one, we were given a stack of towels with full length hairs on them. Chewed gum stuck to the side of the headboard.
Organized
Bathroom in room was disgusting. Stains on the walls broken toilet seat, sticky floor. Brown stained on towels, and when water ran from the shower to the floor a residue on the floor turned the towels read.
Overall I like the hotel. Clean. Nice bed. Good value.
The heat didn't work in room 424
Nothing

Cost of the room
They gave me room 126 again. The remote didn't turn on the tv and microwave didn't work. Again. At least the refrigerator worked this time.
