staff was rude tim was dirty and lights didn't work
Convient location
My only complaint was the bathroom shower. It was abysmal. Clean but there was some damage, also the sink handle literally detached in my hand
Nothing
Checked in to property for a 2 night stay. The cleanliness was questionable, stayed first night. Got up early to take shower and there was no water. I tried calling desk several times no answer. Went down to desk explained the malfunction of shower, I was told to "pull out handle and turn knob." I explained again that I know how to work shower and offered for them to have someone come to room and see for themselves. They stated that they could not do that at this time. I told them that was un acceptable and that I am going to be late for meeting. The desk manager was not helpful so I cancel the next night stay and left.
The location was convenient and the breakfast was good.
The rooms smelled of smoke, none of the outlets in my room worked, there was trash in the hallways I cleaned the entirety of the stay.

Everything, the ac was broken and the bathroom was blowing really hot air out the venta while its already hot in the entire hotel so i was sweating all day in the room
The front desk said she canceled and refunded immediately.
It smelled horrible. We had to checkout the hotel 10 minutes after going in room. It was awful. There’s bed bugs, it stinks. Please don’t go here.
Pool and the breakfast and good size rooms
The air conditioner didn't work it was kinda warm not good cold air and the TV is really small and mostly news and could do better cleaning like underneath the chairs

the psrking at the location is a distance to the room especially if you are on the 3rd or 4th floors
Our experience was highly positive, and we consider this among the finest hotels we have frequented. We suggest that the front desk staff enhance their approachability and demeanor; otherwise, the accommodations are commendable and comfortable, i would stay again on my next trip
