David Thompson Resort Hotel

This room was very basic, it's only high point is the location. The floor was very cold and could have used an area rug. On the whole it was a pretty nice place though. Toilet broke but that could happen anyplace.

Nice little place to stay for a night, close to many hiking trails.
Overpriced restaurant & room, but expected for the secluded area.
Friendly staff and beautiful veiw.

Quaint little Mom & Pop place which was just perfect for our needs. Gorgeous setting. Delicious restaurant. Highly recommend it!

Thin walls. You could hear everything in the next room. A fair attempt at renovations but needs more work

The room was unclean and full of flies when we checked in. Very poor value for money.

Very unique and remote facility that offers a safe and comfortable place to stay as close to the middle part of the Park to allow you to explore more without the long drives. Keep in mind this location offers very little to no cell service and the wifi provided is weak to none so staying in touch to the outside world in the evenings is marginal and takes patients

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and our server was very good. Can't beat the location!

Room was dirty also the bathroom , the bedding was also dirty and not ironed. It is very noisy with people walking past your door and the walls are very thin. There’s not a lot to see around here apart from a big lake. It was not worth the money they charged, Plus the kettle was dirty inside . If you’re not be fussy it’s okay to stay at this place.

We did expected to find at least couple bags of tea and hairdryer , but did not happened

Pretty standard motel. Our room seemed newly renovated. Bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Check in and out was smooth. Area was beautiful. We were also enjoy our mean at restaurant.

In the middle between Lake Louise and Jasper. Nice location.

Everyone on staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed there while we toured Alberta. It's ok for one night. It's very basic but our room was clean. The shower had a bit of mold and could have used a little extra cleaning but was still decent. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was pretty good. The overall property could have used a tidy up. Definitely not a luxury "resort" but hotels are very limited in this area.

The room was average for the money we spent. It was OK though. the bedding didn’t seem very fresh.

Rooms very old and definitely not worth the price charged. Area around is beautiful but the lodge hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The restaurant on the property was good.

We arrived at 7 pm after closing time of the front desk. But we were happily greeting by hotel staff. Willing to give high grade to their house keeping, restaurant and surrounding of the hotel. Will definitely come again and introduce to friends.
