Stayed at Deluxe King Room, which is a good size. Room is clean with excellent housekeeping. The toiletries provided are high quality and generous. The front office is efficient in both check in and out, and conversant in English. The closest MRT station is Chang Shou Road Station (Line 7/13, Exit 1) approx. 200m walking distance. There are malls nearby with local eateries and the vicinity is around local estates which provide a different views from hotels within the city area.

Molly at the hotel restaurant offered exceptional service! So attentive and warm. She truly made our dining experience wonderful. Thank you

This is a magnificent hotel that fully complies with its category. The rooms are large and have original interior design, excellent furniture and bathroom amenities, as well as smart lighting and curtain controls. The restaurant is luxurious, and the breakfasts are diverse and delicious. Most importantly, the staff is attentive and caring, anticipating your needs, questions, and concerns. Our stay at this hotel left a very positive impression. We will definitely consider staying here next time we visit Shanghai.

The hotel service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. From the front desk to the breakfast (Linda) and the executive lounge (Una, Evan and Umi, etc). We had a great staying experience and the location is superb and near all attractions.

Poor service, property facilities given it’s 5 star hotel, feels like 3 stars

The location is good and close to metro station.
The room is very big The bed is big enough for 3 person !!!!
The toilet ,shower ,is extremely clean
And the room is clean .
Staff are awesome and very kind and helpful.
Just ask them what you want ,and it will be done fast and clean .
It is very obvious that they do their best ,to make their customer happy .
I ask them to design my room for my 5 year old girl ,and they did it in 2 hours .
Lost of chinees restorans are close plus mac donald is just 150 meter away of hotel.
Thet was my best experience.

ツインなのに椅子が一つしかなかったのが不便でした。

房間寬敞，距離地鐵站不遠，周圍小吃店很多。大堂禮賓Zero Zhang先生服務殷勤；負責房間清潔的女士親切有禮，動作俐落。感謝！

酒店環境好，位置佳，禮賓部Zero入住期間幫了我很多，非常熱情，前廳經理anny非常專業且善解人意給予了延遲退房，另外房間設備設施，餐廳，大堂吧，健身房都不錯，非常不錯的一家酒店！

我們在5月27-31日入住，25樓的打掃阿姨非常熱情可愛，房間很整潔乾淨，很容易對塵蟎過敏的我睡了這幾天也完全沒有問題。

前台check in也很流暢有效率，大堂禮賓部服務殷勤。除了滴滴打車的上下車點稍微麻煩之外，這間酒店的性價比很高，景觀也開闊，推薦！

服務態度

Overall very good stay at Amara Shanghai, with great service from Zero. He was polite and efficient by helping us booking a ride to the Airport. He is indeed a GEMS to the company and he deserve to be awarded. Perfect service!!!

Ioved breakfast buffet and VIP lounge service, Linda Mao is very friendly and helpful.
Front desk is friendly as well.
