Pros:

O espaço é a localização

Cons:

Limpeza, o quarto, o atendimento também deixou a desejar.
Tínhamos marcado um hammam com massagem e spa e eles enviaram mensagem a confirmar, quando chegamos não tínhamos nada porque “ a pessoa não estava disponível”.
Não nos avisaram e só no deram essa informação porque perguntámos.

Muy mala experiencia la verdad
Pros:

El staff hasta cierto punto, y esta en la plaza principal o sea que tiene buena localización para quien quiere estar en medio de esa zona.

Cons:

La falta de cuidado con la habitación que nos entregaron. Desde ropa de cama sucia hasta el suelo que estaba tan sucio que los pies estaban negros por caminar sin zapatos por la habitación. El ventilador era un helicóptero haciendo imposible dormir con el encendido… el colchón creo que es lo más duro que sentí hasta hoy… tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta por que era imposible totalmente por q nos moríamos de calor… entonces despertamos todos picados.
Teníamos una sola entrada para cargar cosas electrónicas ( la otra no funciona), la única luz disponible era la del techo, por que la que estaba encima del espejo no funciona. El baño era compartido…. Y no comentó por qué bueno.
Creo que la peor parte es que saben la condición en que está la habitación…. Y no se dignaron a tener una actitud positiva o razonable. Les comentamos al día siguiente que no estábamos contentos con la habitación por que llegamos literal a las 23 de la noche y solo queríamos coger agua e comer algo antes de ir a dormir. Cuando le hablamos de nuestro desagrado… nos comentan que solo nos podíamos quejar hasta las 12 de noche del día que hicimos check in 🙄 cosa que no hace sentido por qué entramos, dejamos maletas y fuimos a comer… solo podíamos ver esos detalles cuando ya estuviéramos usando la habitación. Nos dijeron que nos podían cambiar de habitación pero que no sabían si iba a ser mejor o peor 🙄 y que si queríamos una habitación con banho ( como si ese fuera el único problema) tendríamos que pagar más.
En el fondo terminamos cogiendo otro Riad e quisimos hacer el check out de este… no nos dieron ningún dinero de vuelta … por qué solo nos quejamos después de las 12 de la noche 🙄 y que si cancelaban iban a tener que pagar cosas a booking…( como si nosotros no estuviéramos pagando otro Riad por qué este no tenía condiciones para estar 4 noches en esa habitación por lo menos.) básicamente dormimos 1 de las 4 noches y no nos devolvieron nada. Y aún el personal parecía majo No vuelvo…
