Very good stay! Super helpful staff! Right in the crazy hub that is Marrakech
Pros:

Exactly what I knew I was booking! Large room with a good shower. Room cleaned each day! The terrace is amazing at sunset over looking the main centre. Perfect location and a more authentic feel than a resort! I didn’t spend much time in the room as I had trips each day but it was fit for purpose!

Cons:

It was slightly loud due to the location however I knew this prior to the booking!

Le personne est très sympa mais l’hygiène des locaux est à revoir ainsi que la vétusté de la chambre

Le personnel et le Riad très sympa

Cons:

L’hygiène de la chambre déplorable, pas de barre pour attacher les habits, porte de la salle de bain qui cogne sur le lavabo, rien pour poser les serviettes de toilettes, fenêtre non isolée, bcp de bruit et d’air qui passe , plâtre qui s’effrite du mur, draps sales.

Pros:

Està ben situat i, tot i ser molt cèntric, és força tranquil. Les instal·lacions estaven netes i el personal era amable.

Cons:

Seria més pràctic poder pagar per avançat amb targeta.
Només hi ha un lavabo i dutxa per planta, és a dir, per a moltes persones. Dutxa i lavabo estan junts, així que si has d'anar al lavabo però hi ha algú dutxant-se i al pis de dalt també, pot ser que hagis d'esperar una estona. Però no és tan greu.

Busy, convenient, cold
Pros:

It was in a great location, and was a pretty place to stay! Staff was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

It wasn’t the nicest and was pretty loud at night, but that also is because of the location. The heater also didn’t do much, we were freezing and would’ve not slept without the extra blanket.

very nice I would come back
Pros:

I loved the location, workers, and just about everything about it. The workers at the front desk were very helpful and there was always someone there so I felt very safe.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the bathroom door was difficult to open/close
