We had a very enjoyable Staffa usual would like to see some improvement to the dining room furniture
Pros:

My wife and I have used this hotel for many years. We always enjoy staying there and its location is perfect for our needs. The one con I have is the dining room furniture. Two years ago I committed that the furniture in the dining area needed to be reupholstered or replace as it was in less than perfect condition. Fast forward to our recent stay and same dining furniture is still there and still needing to be reupholstered even more so. The hotel is such a nice place to stay but the dining area is an eyesore and one of the first thing you see when you enter the hotel. It would really be a benefit to the hotel if you gave some attention to this suggestion.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend
Pros:

Cleanliness!! Comfortable beds and clean linens and the bathroom was very clean! This is a big plus for us! Very affordable and good location.

Cons:

Pool room could be a little better attended and the bathroom needs a vent for shower humidity and white noise.

Pros:

Great location. It was easy to find and get to. Plenty of parking. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

I liked the atmosphere once inside, staff was has been extremely nice and welcoming, breakfast is always great.

Cons:

I didnt like the area I was at, constant party noises next to me both days it was fine during day but late night wasnt okay then the yelling down below where the patio was, also they were smoking weed and the smell was getting into my room im not angry or upset about cause I know everyone does it

Room was very comfy and very clean. NICE! Stayed in a King Suite
Cons:

Front desk not very welcoming. What should have been a 10 hour drive, we checked in after a 13 hour drive through rain and snow, arriving at around 7:30 PM. A nicer welcome would have been nice.

Great Choice property
Pros:

Booked a night here for a local play. Really felt welcome as soon as I arrived. Gentlemen at the front desk was attentive and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Really enjoyed the shower setup at this hotel, and I slept great on the bed. I didn’t stay for breakfast, I noticed several people enjoying themselves on my way out though. I’d definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable.

Cons:

There was a lot of snow overnight and they only scraped a circle around the parking lot. I had to dig out my own car, with their shovel, and the sidewalks could not be used. I am a 61 year old woman with disabilities and this was an issue.
