Pros:

Bella struttura, posizione comoda, bella piscina, buona palestrina.

Stanza ampie, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito a una suite con balcone, abbiamo molto apprezzato e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Molto gentili tutti quello dello staff, siamo arrivati molto in anticipo per via della tormenta e ci hanno subito fatto accomodare nella lobby e dopo poco la stanza era già pronta.
Letto comodossimo e tutto molto molto pulito.

Cons:

Il parcheggio pieno di neve, scherzi a parte, ci è piaciuto tutto!

Pros:

The hotel was clean and updated. The gentleman at the front desk during checkout was extremely helpful. I booked through Booking.com and received a confirmation. However, the request was never sent to the hotel. Since I had prepaid, I had to book the room again and was charged twice. The man at the desk refunded my duplicate charge without having to go through Booking.com. which I will never use again.

It was located near Walmart and various restaurants. The actual hotel was tucked away from all the peoples and traffic, so quiet.

Disappointing
Cons:

Staff doesn't maintain fire/smoke alarms. They do not change batteries and do not have the correct batteries on hand to do so. Safety hazard and caused a major disturbance.

The hotel was in a good location, the hotel was clean,

Cons:

the parking lot was not up to par because of the snow. They really didn’t do too much clearing of the lot. The guy on 3rd shift at the front desk was not friendly at all
