Cons:

Le jour de notre réservation, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine car nous avions du temps et pensions en profiter. La piscine n’était visiblement pas en service depuis très longtemps. Dans notre chambre 2 serviettes usagées étaient encore dans la salle de bain, il restait également des produits dans le frigo et une bouteille non terminée sur la petite terrasse. De plus le petit déjeuner était plus que basique… De ce fait le rapport qualité prix n’était pas au rendez-vous !

Nice rooms, good location

Cons:

The front desk still has Covid type plexi glass creating a physical barrier between the staff and guests. There is a box of masks and signs encouraging visitors to take one. It’s been over 6 years since the pandemic. I think it’s safe to remove the barriers and open back up the pool. Just creates an unwelcoming vibe and honestly gives me flashbacks of the harder times. Nobody wants to go back to what we experienced during Covid. Just say the pool is closed because the cost is too much to maintain?

Pros:

Great location by Marina and close to downtown. Very clean facilities and nice continental breakfast which was complimentary.

Cons:

No AC that I could see in room.

Do not stay here!!
Pros:

Laundry service left gum on clothes. Cleaning crew tried to use our credit cards to make purchases while we were out touring the town. Thank goodness for fraud alerts. Had to cancel all our credit cards. Reported cleaner to the GM Luis and he basically blew us off…Kept telling us he was working on it…I’m sure just waiting till our stay was over. Never got back to us and cleaner continues to work there. Feel like they were all in on it and protecting each other….probably all related. Put on a good act of concern…should have called police but was too trusting. So many other choices of stay in Port Townsend…save yourself the headache and pick someplace else.

As a group of 70+ ladies we always felt safe and comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and linens changed daily. Loved watching the boats in the harbor from our room. Staff was always cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

Outside could use a facelift. Pool/hottub not useable. Breakfast was not for anyone with food allergies/sensitivities.
