Charming, relaxing, individual, family-run hotel
Pros:

Charming, peaceful, individual family hotel set in vineyards and exuberant gardens. Eye-catching red tiled outdoor pool and large bright heated pool with plenty of daylight. Fun wood-burning hot tubs (less fragrant when needed paraffin to keep burning). Good meals, home-cooking style. Good selection of wines including hotel own vineyard. Charming English-speaking owner (with magnificent collection of old Mercedes on display). Spacious room -ours (13) with terrace onto the vineyard. Staff always friendly and politeHelpful about arranging taxi at reasonable price for our visits to other vineyards.

Cons:

Unable to get even a beer before 1.30 pm: it would be good to have the bar open from noon. Restaurant service sometimes a bit erratic / disorganised and little English spoken. Several wines on list not available - particularly given the language barrier it would be helpful to offer an up to date list (even just photocopied sheet) of wines in stock.

Estancia Baja Calidad.
Pros:

Es fácil llegar, con estacionamiento techado, buenos jardines e instalaciones buenas (piscina, sauna, etc.)
Lo mejor son las plantas y flores que tienen, son hermosas.
Destacamos a una garzona nueva que llevaba como dos días y fue muy amable, acertada y servicial.
El dormitorio cumplía. Check in y check out rápido y sin contratiempos.

Cons:

Muy poco personal para atender. Andaban todos corriendo. En una ocasión tuvimos que pedir más de 3 veces un bebestible, y en la segunda vez nos dijeron que se iban a demorar 30 minutos y que teníamos que recordarles.
El dormitorio tenía olor a desagüe, tuvimos que ventilar cada día para que se fuera. Tampoco funcionaba la calefacción del dormitorio ni el calienta toallas, en el día no era relevante, pero en la noche bajaba mucho la temperatura.
Por cierto, deben tener una mejor carta de vinos, hace dos años la tenían muy bien, ahora con suerte tenían una o dos alternativas, además tienen una etiqueta propia a $20.000 la botella de muy mala calidad. No puedes tener el nombre "wine" en tu hotel y no tener vinos.

Estadía casi perfecta.
Pros:

El entorno es muy lindo, todo bien cuidado, el silencio invita a un gran descanso, la comida del restaurante es de primera y el vino de la casa es excelente.

Cons:

La temperatura de la piscina climatizada, creo que eso arruina mucho la experiencia (se siente fría), no es agradable. Sugeriría más basurero en las piezas y tal vez considerar una cortina que selle mejor la entrada de luz por los costados.

The gardens were full of beautiful flowers.Rooms and outside spaces carefully designed and comfortable. Staff polite and receptionist organised great day trips with patience and great care

Jardim super bonito, quartos confortáveis, funcionarios atenciosos no restaurante e bom cafe da manha.

Cons:

Nao percebi na hora, era o primeiro hotel da viagem, e so depois verifiquei que cobraram o IVA apesar de usar cartao internacional.

Aunque se agradezca la tranquilidad que no quede ningún bar o salón desde las 22:00 me parece un poco excesivo. Desayuno con rica fruta pero el resto solo cumple.

The Worst
Pros:

Property facilities best and only real feature is the beautiful flowers. Reception staff not welcoming, absolutely no assistance with room check in or baggage Room smelled of must, hot no AC and worst bedding experienced. Housekeepers were friendly but rushed out of room at check out to clean at 9 AM. Would never recommend.
