Enchanting and peaceful stay; ideal!

This was such a beautiful, peaceful and enchanting place. Beautiful gardens and decor. Perfect location to visit wineries. The staff were welcoming and attentive. We hope to come back!

WONDERFUL STAY CLOSE TO THE WINERIES IN CASABLANCA VALLEY, CHILE
Pros:

We loved it all!!
The ambiance, the facilities, the staff, All were very good but specially Marlen front desk, Jaime, Ma Fernanda and Raimundo restaurant, Monica who took care of the cleaning and kept us with all necessary supplies.

Decepción
Pros:

La ubicación, la infraestructura y la atención de los garzones. La ambientación del restaurante estaba muy bien.

Cons:

Las tinajas las tienen frente al restaurante, por lo que incomoda usarlas y ser vitrina de las personas que están comiendo. La piscina temperada estaba fría, 25 grados, por lo que no dio para usarla. La tv no pudo conectarse a wifi, por lo que no se pudo ver canales streaming. Y el desayuno parte a las 09:00, por lo que, para los que despiertan temprano (considerando que hay altas posibilidades ya que es un lugar sin fiestas ni entretenimiento) no se puede ni siquiera tomar un café. Todo está cerrado antes de las 09:00. Y todo cierra a las 22:00.
