el hotel es muy limpio, la habitación es muy comoda y muy limpia todo huele a limpio, cama y almohadas comodas perfectas para descansar
la zona colonial se encuentra a 3 cuadras y puedes ir caminando a la catedral, fuerte y lugares turisticos

Me sorprendió muy positivamente por la amplitud , y todos los detalles como internet veloz , TV grande , frigorífico completo con congelador , la piscinita .
También el personal muy atento y profesional

It was a pleasure to stay in this renovated apartment with a new design, now better calibrated to receive people in groups of 2-5, or even families, with a quiet atmosphere, close to all the amenities of the colonial area. Communication with the innovative walkie-talkie reception remains pleasant and the staff are always available.

Un hotel sumamente sucio con cucarachas en las habitaciones, ubicado en la parte más insegura de la zona colonial. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!

Nice little spot. We had a chance to speak with the owners and they are doing some renovations to really bring the property to life. Great value. Will return

The worst property I have stayed.
They don’t give you a key fob to get
Into the main door. I waited 20 mins twice the second time in the rain to be let in. And no one seemed to care. I got My things and immediately left never to return.

This has got to be the worst property I have ever stayed. And I have stayed at this property many times. It’s under new management and they are the absolute worst. Before they took over, guest received a key fob to get into the main door. When I wasn’t given one I asked how am I suppose to get in and was told someone would be at the front desk. In one day I waited 20 mins twice, and the last time was in the rain. Immediately got my things and left and I will never return. This used to be my favorite place to stay and I will never return.

The check in process was tedious as the front desk lady was extremely incompetent. She didn't know the wifi password and it took her over an hour to finally locate it. On my last night at the property the hotel staff aloud an unwanted guest to enter the property into the reception area. I already told the hotel staff that I did not want to see this individual but the hotel staff still proceeded and let the unwanted guest on the property. That is a complete violation of hotel guests rights. That made me feel extremely unsafe. I felt violated. What if something bad happened or I could of been a victim of a crime or theft. The hotel staffs obligations are to the patrons staying at the establishment, not to outside people who are not guests staying at the hotel. Bad business practice. You make guests feel unsafe staying at your hotel.

Un muy bonito lugar desde que encuentras la puerta para acceder, personas amistosas y serviciales, cámara de vigilancia y habitaciones cómodas con buena climatación. Definitivamente volveríamos allá.
Solo tener presente que está un poco oculto para encontrar ya que no se ve un letrero facil de aprecia, pero después, un sitio muy bonito y cómodo.

L'hôtel est convenable rapport au prix, cependant il n'y a aucune fenêtre donnant réellement sur l'extérieur, tout donne , sur l'intérieur, le balcon presque inexistant donne sur un espace interne fermé....la cuisine n'est pas équipée ... camping, la notation de 8.2 est surfaite
