Falta de profesionalismo.

El trato brindado por el gerente, al buscar soluciones ante las irresponsabilidades de otros colaboradores.

El cuarto era amplio y la cama bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Tienen un horario en donde se supone que la Alberca se utiliza a partir de las 10 am y a las 11:30 era hora que aún no estaba lista y ya teníamos que hacer el check out.

El tipo que estaba limpiando la alberca tenía una actitud arrogante y a pesar de que ya había gente esperando para entrar no se apuraba y al contrario parecía que lo hacía más lento, una pésima actitud.

Luego la barra de snacks que se encuentra a un lado de la alberca nunca abrió y pues dejan a uno con el antojo de pedir alguna bebida o snack.

Pareciera que como no había mucha gente en el hotel no le dan prioridad a los servicios que brindan.

Además, pedí el desayuno incluído con la estancia y la verdad bastante limitada la carta, prácticamente huevo y chilaquiles. Entiendo que en muchos lugares esa podría ser la oferta pero para el precio de la estancia y los desayunos si siento que se quedó muy corto. Y eso no lo especifican antes de comprar el desayuno, así que considerenlo.

La limpieza de la habitación no era buena, la tina estaba muy sucia, las ventanas de la habitación sin seguros por lo que era fácil meterse, tampoco servía la caja de seguridad

Muy buen hotel en un pueblo mágico
Pros:

La atención es muy atenta. EL jardín y la piscina estan bien cuidados. El paisaje y la vista desde el restaurant es espectacular.

Cons:

Nada, para una estadía corta está todo muy bien. Sólo que el restaurant cierra temprano, a eso de las 8:30PM.
