The location was good
As soon as I got to the location I was told my booking wasn’t available so they out me in another room where I had to pay extra.
Then days later the put me in the original room that had mold seeping through the walls and it started to make me feel sick.
After I was told that I cannot sleep in that condition. I was told that I can move to another room and they would have to charge me again.
I told them that it is not safe for anyone to sleep in a room filled with mold and I asked multiple time if they were aware and they did not want to answer and then I showed them.
I finally told that I can stay in the other room without paying extra but when it was time to check out they attempted to charge me extra and claimed I never returned keys from the previous night. The staff that told me the room was waived of fees lied and said he never said that.
I would have never agreed to the new room if I knew I had to pay. He didn’t even look me in the face when he told the front desk that he told me he would charge me and there was guilt on his face.
I spent 35 minutes talking to them explaining to them that I was told the fee was waived due to mold circulating throughout the room and people like myself can get sick while sleeping in those conditions.
That 35 minutes of talking to them made me miss an important meeting and the worse part is is that they know that there’s mold yet they still charge people to sleep in it.

没有青旅氛围一个很小的公共空间还不开空调，有个男的员工态度很差，当天入住因为只有一个单人床位，需要换成双人的，前台现付360000两天也就便宜了几千，晚上特地问了早餐是几点，那个态度好的帅哥告诉我7点到9点半，那说明是含有早餐的。第二天下去吃早餐的时候被那个态度很差的男员工，在我的孩子和其他客人面前训斥了，有话可以好好说的，就算我们自己出去吃或者付费也是可以的，能不能态度好一点？搞得客人很尴尬。

No había ruido en la planta número 7.
Había taquillas con llave que cabe toda la mochila.
Había baño dentro de la habitación pero no muy limpio.
Aire acondicionado bien.
El desayuno excelente (subo fotos).
El baño no tenía limpieza diaria.
La localització és excel·lent i el personal molt atent i amable.
És un hotel una mica antic i amb algun desperfecte, però no impedeix en absolut passar una bona estada.

The rooms and common areas were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was social yet peaceful, making it easy to meet fellow travelers from around the world. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very solid hotel in old quarter with super helpful staff. Nothing too fancy but did the job.
Slight cleanliness things but really not much issue.
Very affordable and excellent value for the price. I’d also say the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Even after we had already checked out, they continued to welcome us with warm smiles while we spent some time in the lobby.
For the price, nothing really! This isn’t a major downside, but since the hotel is located in a busy area with narrow streets, door-to-door taxi service isn’t always possible. You may need to walk a short distance to the nearest pickup or drop-off point.
I think it’s the warm and welcoming people and staff. Even after we had already checked out, they continued to greet us with genuine smiles and kindness while we were still hanging around the lobby.
I stayed there in total 3 times (but four different rooms due to a friend joining where we shared a private room). Tbh I liked the dorm rooms better than the actual private room since the room we were in was a bit outdated with the fridge not working and TV (YouTube) was taking a long time to load so we gave up eventually. Rooms were all always clean, good AC and staff is very friendly and always happy to help out! Breakfast is simple but I liked it - you choose from a menu and they cook it fresh for you!
Only thing to note that 2 out of the 4 beds I slept in had a plastic cover around it so it was a bit noisy when turning in your sleep. But nothing that bothered me too much :)
