Front desk staffs were rude. Wasn’t helpful at all.

This place is very safe. You can see security personnels on street after midnight. Mini Mart is nearby, very convenient for a quick grabs at night. The rooms are clean. Mr. Giau is nice to talk with. You can request late check-out. I left small tip for cleaning crews just to appreciate their hard work. Thanks.

Nice environment and super friendly staff . Will definitely go back for stay .

Det var en rigtig fin lejlighed med 2 soveværelser, som passede perfekt til en familie på 4 - to børn på 10 og 13. Alt var, som det skulle være og der var pænt og rent. Super dejlig pool og et fint fitness center. Lige ved siden af, ligger et indkøbscenter med flere restauranter, så det er rigtig nemt. Ligger i et roligt kvarter og det tager 15 min med taxi ind til den gamle del af Ho Chi Minh. 15 min gang fra lejligheden ligger restaurant MAD House, som er en dansk ejet restaurant. Et besøg værd, hvis man har hjemve!!

社區型的家庭式民宿，有客廳及兩個房間，還有泳池設施，櫃檯的右手邊有大樓信箱(依照房東給妳的樓層房號到信箱拿卡片或鑰匙方可抵達要到的樓層)所以很安全，近購物商場，商場也有超市，到離景點會有一點距離。

로비에도 항상 안전요원이 있어서 안심하고 보안이 철저했으며 수영장에도 항상 안전요원이 있어서 마음놓고 지내기에 편안한 곳이였습니다

Clean, convenient, friendly staff, great value for the price we paid .

The property was spacious, largeley clean, and cheerful. However, it was also lacking in key ammenities (clean towel, and adequate tolietries). We were expecting more of a service apartment but this is more of an "Air B&B".

the place was nice with a good view the only thing bad was the service when we arrived we were told to go to building t2 at 2 pm check in time, we arrived at 1:40 pm maybe to check in early we had all our bags and tired of traveling we just wanted to get to our room and freshen up. we arrived and no one new about our reservation so we tried to call and what happen they sent us an email while we were in travel that we needed to go to a different building and check in time was now at 3 pm and they told us to go eat until they get the room ready for us. we called and my wife called and they hung up on my wife so I was ready to book a hotel somewhere else when the cleaning staff came down to take our luggage while we went to go eat and wait for our room. when leaving I called in the morning to see where I am to leave the key card and the manager sounded like she just woke up and I asked her did you just wake up and she said yes and hung up, so I asked the front desk to leave the key card with them and they said they don't take the key card from clients so I had to leave the key card in the unlocked mail box. when I left the first review it was not good and they called me and asked me to remove my post and they kept asking me to remove my post so I told them that I was busy and I had to go and I hung up on them. the place is nice but the management has to go, I would of fired the management if they were working at my business if I didn't I would not have a business to run

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and tidy. The sorroundings is nice. The only thing that is uncomfortable are the mattresses they are hard,.Need more space to hang laundry. Over all it is a nice apartment to stay away from home as it is well eguip. I would rent this again if ever come back.

Our stay at Herla Masteri Apartment was great it is very close to all amenity. The place is nice and clean but i think a little small for a family of 5. The apartment is clean and tidy. We will stay here again if ever come back.

We stayed here for one night and we loved it. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the swimming pool was nice and large.The kids loved it! The staffs were very nice, helpful, and friendly. We would like to stay again next time!

チェックインに際し、４８時間前までに現地の管理会社（？）へ国際電話をかける必要があり大変不便。
またその電話も英語すら満足に通じない状況で、ベトナム語が理解できない人たちがスムーズにチェックインすることは難しいと思う。今回はベトナム人の友人に通話をしてもらったのでなんとか滞在できたが次回、Expedia経由でここへの宿泊は絶対にない。
管理会社もチェックイン後に部屋を変われとしつこく辟易した。
こんなことならば、別の方法で予約をすればよかったと大変後悔。
コンドミニアム自体はロケーションもよかったので残念。

A spacious & good location; Safe & Clean environment. Just beside vincomm mega mall.

나는 베트남 방문시 약 1개월 가량을 마스테리에 주로 묵는다 그런데 이번 숙소 3곳은 여행을 완전히 망쳤다
하수구 악취와 먼지범벅인 상태로 손님이 직접청소를 해야했다
더욱 심한것은 음식물이 타서눌러붙은 냄비와 바퀴벌레 두번다시 마스테에 묵지 못할것 같다 그러서 나는 빈홈으로 숙소를 옮겼다

앞쪽에는 백화점이있어서 다양한 볼거리와먹거리가있고 주변 거리는 예쁜 조경에 맛집들이 가득합니다 시설이 너무깨끗하고 관리하시는분들이 모두친절하여 정말 좋은 숙소이것 같습니다

Dirty beds, dirty bathroom, the cable tv was not paid, so it did not work for the full stay. The kitchen had one glass and virtually nothing else. This was the most disappointing Expedia booking that I've ever had. Avoid this place even though it looks like a great value.

Also, only one tiny towel, dirty soap bars, one conditioner but no shampoo. The conditioner is in Vietnamese, so I thought it was shampoo... No trash bins at all, so had to leave all of the trash on the countertop because I didn't happen to bring a garbage bag.

There is much more, but I think that you get the idea.

Everything is good except the mattress of the bed is too hard.

This is a large apartment, fully equipped. Everything was good. I could cook here. They have enough kitchenware.
The only thing missing compared to a hotel is that they dont provide personal stuffs like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor etc.
Overall: expectation met.
