We really wanted to stay longer, but our schedule was limited
Pros:

Everything was great! The staff was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. The location and the view were absolutely amazing. The road to the hotel was a bit challenging, but once you reach the top of the mountain, all the effort is forgotten—it’s absolutely worth it!

The hotel is in a fantastic place, High in tye mountain. the view and nature is great. The staff were freindly but they only speak Turkish language.

Fair but not again...
Pros:

Hotel is visited by large groups of tourists in transit which all depart by busses again early in the morning, causing quite some noise disturbances. Restaurant has a fair choice of food but be early for dinner as only few items will be warm when the restaurant opens.
We had a family room / "suite" and woke up with bed bug bites on our legs and upper body. Whirlpool in bathroom didn't work, no shower curtain present so entire bathroom was soaked after we showered. Had to ask three times to get enough towels and bed sheets for 5 persons. Swimming pool had turbid water due to large amount of chlorine.
Location of hotel is nice but way up a very narrow mountain road. Beautiful views of the sun setting over Trabzon and the very friendly people working at the hotel make up a lot.
