Dieses Hotel hat sich unmöglich verhalten. Wir bestellten Frühstück um 8 Uhr, und als wir ankamen, war niemand da. Wir riefen an, aber niemand ging ran. Nachdem wir fünfzehn Minuten gewartet hatten, gingen wir wieder. Obwohl wir mehrmals höflich um eine Rückerstattung für das Frühstück gebeten haben, haben wir bisher nichts erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend und unverständlich.

Séjour intéressant à proximité de magnifiques endroits.
Pros:

Appréciables étaient la vue sur le Neckar, l'amabilité du personnel et la grandeur de la chambre choisie (la plus chère).
C'était également sympa de passer le soir un moment sur le balcon

Cons:

La salle de bain a besoin de réparations. La chasse d'eau n'a pas assez de pression; c'est peut-être une question de réglage à moins que ce soit une option pour limiter la consommation d'eau; quoi qu'il en soit, ce n'était vraiment pas pratique, Le lavabo devrait être changé car il avait un trou de 2 mm avec les fissures qui vont avec.
La présence d'un ascenseur n'est pas indispensable pour se rendre au petit déjeuner, mais c'est pratique pour transporter des valises à un autre étage. Il n'y en avait pas.

Wenn der freundliche Chef sich mal um die o a Punkte kümmert ist es für das Haus bestimmt Gewinn bringend!
Pros:

Der Empfang war super freundlich und schlug ein kostenlosen Upgrade der Zimmerkategorie vor. Der Vorteil des Neckarblicks bedeutete aber auch dennNachteil der extrem lauten Uferstraße!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr toll. Es war zwar alles vorhanden aber: Die Eier steinhart gekocht, die Frischwurst angetrocknet, Butter knallhart, um 08.30 alles schon nahezu leergeplündert, der Kaffee dank zu langem Warmhaltens bitter und ungenießbar, die Brötchen aufgebacken und hart und trocken. Die Minicroissant sehr gut, dank der harten Butter nicht bestreichbar mit solcher. Sparte Kalorien! War also sehr enttäuschend!

das Zimmer war relativ groß aber das wars dann auch schon postives

kaum Ausstattung
billigste Handtücher und Bettwäsche
keine Seife
altes Gebäude
Frühstück für 17€ komplett ein überzogen nichtmal die Hälfte wäre angemessen gewesen für die Auswahl
Parken mit tiefer gelegten Autos auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz unmöglich
