Personel ve reception ilgisi çok iyidi özellikle çıkış esnasında gezilecek yerlerin haritasını yapması ve çömlek yapma fişi hediye etmesi çok güzeldi.odalar iyi ne beklediğinize bağlı otantik ile eski arasında sıkışmış kalmışlar.yataklar rahat çarşaflar temizdi fakat kenar köşe temizliği zayıftı.bazı eşyaların üzerinde toz vardı.diğer husus buzdolabının fişi çekilmişti.girişten 1 gün önce takılmalıydı.kendini soğutması 1 gün sürer zaten. Banyoda şampuan ve sabun dışında kişisel bakım ürünü yoktu.kahvaltı yeterli seviyede ama 5 yıldızlı açık bir büfede beklemeyin.

Comfortable Goreme base.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, easy walk into Goreme but v quiet. Super comfortable bed, lovely garden with hammock style chairs and tables. Great spot for morning coffee. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Easy parking and nice buffet breakfast.

Hotel tres bien placée, assez propre, accueil sommaire, ma chambre etait vieillissante, tres sommaire, salle de bain propre et plutot agréable.
Le prix de la chambre est excessif, mauvais rapport qualité.

Pros:

Good location to all restaurants and hikes. Some hard sell for tours etc from the front desk. Rooms are large but dated and could do with modernisation. Breakfast could be improved significantly and layout of food and coffee should be reorganised so thete is more space for guests

Dört kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. Odanın genel durumu ve temizliği çok etkileyici olmasa da yeterli bulduk. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlüydü. Keyifli bir tatil oldu. Otel goreme içinde ve ulaşım anlamında problemsizdi.
Kahvaltıdan oldukça memnun kaldık. Salon biraz sıkışık olsa da sunulan yiyeceklerin lezzeti ve temizliğini beğendik.

l’emplacement, la propreté, petit déjeuner salé et sucré, personnel disponible, chambre spacieuse, jolie petite terrasse vue directe sur les ballons le matin, stationnement devant
- chambre 301 au dessus du restaurant (petite déjeuner), on entend le bruit des chaises du resto à partir de 08h15. Porte de la salle de bain qui grince, lavabo à resserrer, cache pile de la télécommande cassé, manque des doubles rideaux pour le soleil le matin

Fine rene rom. Behjelpelig personal. Khurshid is very Nice guy and very helpfull. I Will dedinate prefer to Come here. 3 Star but i Will give this 4 Star plus. Love this place
