HardRock Hotel and suites

It was two terrible days for me and my family, what I saw in the Internet is not what I meet over, it Looks like the place has been aboundoned for some time, it was dirty,the bathroom and Toilet was unclean, in the night my daughter couldn‘t sleep because of the music noises from the bar.
The Manager is not always there, but the two girls at the recieption tried there best to help us. I think the management needs to do more.

This is a horrible place to stay. Room was dirty, hot water heater didn’t work. No wifi, small TV with one channel. They don’t have a restaurant on site so no free breakfast. I had no choice but to stay here and l asked if they can clean the room and they said no when we leave. The pillow were super dirty inside and the mattress was disgusting. I have never stayed at such a run down dirty place. Expedia shouldn’t have this hotel on your site. Big big disappointment compare to what they say in Expedia’s description.

Some utilities were not 100% functional. For example, bathroom was barely OK.

Nice artwork ,the private parking was good, the dining room and lobby was clean and the bathroom was clean

Had a wonderful time at HardRock Hotel. I stayed from September 7-23rd and was very satisfied with my stay. The Manager Matthew (kind soul) and the other staffers (Abraham, Blessing, Mercy, Ugo, Moses, Glory, Haruna, and the other cook) were all really kind and helpful. They made me feel really comfortable during my stay. The food was also good and I actually miss the cook (both of them) lol. On my next trip to Nigeria, I plan to stay there.

I Really enjoyed my stay at the Hardrock hotel.The room was clean and all the staff was great. This hotel is also very close to the synagogue church. My first time in Nigeria and i must say was amazing.Matthew the manager is very good helps u out with anything.

The manager was very nice and helpful. His staff however was poor. They were not helpful at all and when you asked for anything it was as if you were bothering them. Half the time we could not find the cook. Food was good though

Staff was owesome. Very compact environment. I didn’t like any property without parking lots. I didn’t like the more you spend for different room, the more you’ll be taking care of. I mean, cheap rooms to presidential room. I didn’t like the room wasn’t fixed like shower 🚿 may not work or bathroom door may not closed or toilets may be dropping fluids on the floor. But I like pick up at airport and Sunday rides.

It was not what I have expected as per advertised on the website.

NIGERIA is not for sissies. The Hotel is 1 km away from the Synagogue Church of all Nations

Hard Rock is in he process of re-modelling so it was dusty. i was not comfortable because my room was on the last floor up (4) flights no elevator for anyone with a back condition. The staff was very helpful. I would stay there again only after all the renovations is complete. The best thing about this hotel is that it was close to where I needed to be. I was booked for 11 days, stayed 2.

Fair

The hotel is very secure. The food is nice and tasty. Very limited choice on meals
though,including breakfast. The staff are very good.
