I think this hotel is a bit overpriced
Towels are veryold and coloured, carpets not cleaned, food is terrible
Sadly, I have to now end my 3 years of custom with this hotel, just for the fact that all the hotel booking apps have incorrect room pictures and incorrect information.
You book one room, you reach hotel and get another room. Undoubtedly the best location, food, staff wise, however pathetic in customer engagement.
I will recommend NOT to go for this hotel, until the website and app details are corrected.
The people at the lobby constantly and relentlessly try to pinch your money. I booked a room, Expedia described it to have a partial sea view. The room I got was strictly non sea facing. A full grown giraffe couldn't stretch it's neck enough to see the sea from our room. I chose pay at hotel, can cancel up until 6 pm on Thursday (my booking began at 12pm, Friday). Wednesday afternoon I get a call from the hotel staff demanding half the money as pre payment.
