We would definitely try to use this hotel again on the way to our holiday destination .
Pros:

Easy to reach location and has parking space . Short distance to town centre and close to major road which goes to favourite holiday destinations of Turkey . Staff was welcoming, helpful , well trained . Breakfast had an excellent selection and was fresh from the market and just cooked from scratch . All serving staff was attentive and ready to fill up your tea and coffee even that it was self service and open buffet .

The location is good, but unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing I can say. When we asked for shower gel, the staff responded rudely, saying it’s an “environmental hotel” and they don’t provide it — but it was obvious they had just forgotten to refill the soap in the shower. Instead of helping, they argued with us.

Even worse, there were visible stains on the bed headboard, which looked like bodily fluids. This was extremely off-putting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness.

Overall, the poor hygiene and unhelpful attitude from staff made the stay very disappointing.

Lovely hotel - nice rooms nice stay - all very good
Pros:

Everything was super - but the best bit was Zaynep on Reception. She speaks very nice English and is an absolute star and made us especially welcome. She operates as a pseudo concierge - helping us with banking, directions and beauty treatments. We should take her home with us.
