Never got to see the. Room that was charged for a d still not refunded back.Told. Up to 12 days. 🤬

Nothing about the experience of paying for the room through booking. Com to then waste 2 plus hours ujp until 330 am of the 1st to be told no room get room was paid in full. And all over a 50 dollar deposit that wasnt done through app upon reservation paid. And had no cash available or a debit card with payig through phone usig Google pay was only wat able to complete process. And. Its 10 pmnow and still not received refundediu back for a payment for nothing used and will never recommend or use this service ever again

Everything a bought. This horrible experience which is still ongoing until my refund is returned and now being told anywhere from 7 to 12 business days. Ansolutely miserable wat to treat customers that drove through nigght having comfort knowing room is there. Upon arrival to then have three hours of what should been a no issuje to be sent away. And charged for a room not allowed to use for max. Of 7 hours. Dispicable customer service from both motel and booking. And will stop anyone I know from having anythinng like this happen tyo them. Will push to use any other. Similar app and avoid these I dealt with from gaining. Any service.

Extremely loud early in the morning, the bathroom was dirty and had mold in the shower. The fridge was disgusting inside and out. Check in was unprofessional and too almost 25 min.
