Wir sind ausversehen in ein falsches Zimmer gegangen und haben so festgestellt dass man mit seinem Zimmerschlüssel jedes Zimmer aufmachen kann. Danach haben wir uns unsicher gefühlt.
Der Saunabereich ist nicht gut. Die Sauna war kalt (gefühlt ca. 45 Grad), es gab keine Handtücher oder Personal und zusätzlich ist immer wieder der Strom ausgefallen. Man muss mit Bekleidung in die Sauna.
Das Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht gut. Ich würde empfehlen außerhalb zu essen.
Zu all dem war das Personal extrem unfreundlich und hat gar nicht geholfen.

Insgesamt kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfohlen werden

Ich empfehle nicht die Burg zu bezahlen, man kann die meisten Teile ohne Karte besichtigen und das Museum würde noch einmal extra kosten.

Ein märchenhafter Aufenthalt mit traumhaftem Spa und hervorragendem Essen

Wow! Das war ohne Zweifel unsere Lieblingsunterkunft der ganzen Reise. Schon die Lage ist einfach magisch: Ein Hotel mitten in einer historischen Burg zu haben, fühlt sich an wie in einem Märchen. Der Spa-Bereich war ehrlich gesagt besser als in meinen kühnsten Träumen. 5 verschiedene Saunen, Kneipp Becken, Whirpool, alles wunderschön gestaltet, unglaublich entspannend und perfekt, um nach einem Reisetag komplett runterzukommen. Plus: Wir hatten ihn ganz für uns selbst. Auch das Restaurant hat uns begeistert: richtig, richtig gutes Essen, liebevoll angerichtet und geschmacklich auf Top-Niveau. Dazu ein Service, der einfach von Herzen freundlich war. Die Mitarbeiter sind aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücks Buffet hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Ein besonderer Ort mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Wenn wir wieder nach Georgien reisen, kommen wir definitiv zurück.

Piękny zamek, super lokalizacja

Super miejsce, przepiękny zamek. Pokoje czyste i nowoczesne. Do dyspozycji spa z kilkoma saunami i jackuzi. Smaczne jedzenie w restauracji. Piękny widok z balkonu na zamek. Bardzo miła obsługa.

The location is fantastic. There's a restaurant downstairs that works till 11pm (the kitchen closes at 10pm), the food was great, both dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and quite spacious

Cons:

There was a banquet at the restaurant, so it took over an hour to get our order, but the waiter was super nice.
NOT a complaint, just wishful thinking: it would be fabulous if the rooms were styled to match the fortress
