Pros:

Surreal experience to stay in an ancient stronghold. Definitely worth it! Beautiful garden view from the hotel.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Burganlage. Bett war sehr bequem, Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr grimmig und lustlos und starren einen wirklich böse an. Durch einen Stromausfall konnte der Spabereich nicht richtig arbeiten, das stand aber nicht in ihrer Macht. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Zimmer stand mittig ein Mitarbeiter an einer Leiter, der sichtbar genervt war, dass wir da durch mussten und auch nicht bereit war, ein wenig Platz zu machen. Da können die Gäste dann schon mal durch die Palme pflügen.... Der Service im Biergarten ist zwischen nicht vorhanden und unterirdisch. Auch hier alles sehr hellhörig

非常好的体验，超出预期，非常推荐。

地理位置非常好，就在古城里面。出去也很方便。价格也很便宜。前台很热情。

Komfortables Hotel an super Lage mit tollem Wellness-Bereich (im Preis inbegriffen)

Personnel déplaisant - Cela gâche le séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au coeur de la forteresse.
La chambre est spacieuse, mais impersonnelle.

Cons:

Le personnel est antipathique et ne se donne pas la moindre peine.
Le réceptionniste occupé à ne rien faire n'a pas pensé à nous communiquer les horaires du petit déjeuner.
Arrivé à 10h30, nous n'y avons pas eu droit, pas plus qu'à un mot d'excuse.
Dans d'autres commentaires laissés sur la plateforme en réponse au plaintes de visiteurs à ce même sujet, l'hôtel confirme pourtant qu'ils sont servis jusque'à 11h00.
