Pros:

It is at Club Mykonos.

Cons:

On arrival there were no towels available and Myknos reception only delivered the next day. Sadly the unit was not cleaned for the entire 4 night stay.

There are large fixed panel skylights in bedrooms which turns the bedrooms into a blistering heat trap in Summer as there is no air conditioning or fans available. If you like sleeping, then this is not the unit for you.

The garage was locked and reception was clueless as to where to park the vehicle.

Sadly, this property is excessively overpriced and not worth the money spent.

Pros:

Rooms were not clean and dusty. The second day, we left the room in the morning and came back late afternoon and the cleaning was don’t done. We phoned them and they told us that they didn’t have the second key to go clean. The indoor pool was smelly and not clean and they didn’t have any towels. The chech in wasn’t only at 4 pmand check out at 10. Coming from far with 2 kids I ask a earlier check in that they accept. They did instead the check in at 2pm.

Pros:

We hit a few speed bumps in terms of lack of cleanliness & working condition appliances at the start but this was resolved amazingly by the hospitality manager Jaco Maree

Overall resort is good but needs definitely att nation in terms of facilities available, the up keep of the resort & quality of on site restaurant food
