Perhaps adding a laundry service? There’s a laundry really close, it costs around 100 THB all included but it takes time
Pros:

Modernly furnished, spacious rooms. Compared to what I’ve seen in price-location competitors it’s considerably fresher than most of them. Also it has a real walk-in shower, not a tub or a shower-cabin.

Excellent mattress, it’s firm so you don’t drown in it.

A lot of separately regulated light zones, also very convenient bathroom mirror background lightning, helps nighttime navigation.

Convenient shelfs above beds, no need to rummage for a phone.

A very quiet room, I was staying during low-season, but the impression is that it’s well insulated. Unless your neighbor slams a door during the night, only AC might be a nuisance, however it’s monotonous so it’s not a big deal.

Hotel is very close to everything people come to Pattaya, but it’s in a quiet area. Regular car taxi is rarely above 100 THB to the center.

Didn’t order breakfasts, but there’s a nice non-expensive cafe right across the road with a good selection of Thai food and a bit of European as well.

Cons:

I guess some rooms don’t have a great view, but I got lucky - my room was overlooking the inner yard and a pool area of an adjacent hotel.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

Perfect staff, fantastic room. Extremely clean. Faultless

Cons:

Nothing. Genuine , loved everything about this hotel. Stayed once in my trip, came back for a second stay. This is my go to hotel when I come back.

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot viel Stauraum durch zahlreiche Schubladen. Die Matratze war äußerst bequem, und das Bad mit der großzügigen Dusche hat ebenfalls überzeugt. Besonders gefallen haben auch die schönen Liegen und Auflagen am Pool sowie die Loggia.

Cons:

Für mich war alles perfekt.
Das Frühstück hab ich nicht genutzt.

Quiet street location and specious rooms
Pros:

We stayed only one night in Pattaya on our way to Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location—away from the main street with all the traffic and noise, yet just a 5–10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, a 7-Eleven around the corner, and even Starbucks.
The room and bathroom were both spacious, and we really liked them. Having parking right in front of the hotel was also very convenient and made everything easy.

Pros:

Sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Der Pool sollte einmal etwas hergerichtet werden. War nicht wirklich einladend. Ausgenommen von Frühstück hat es den restlichen Tag keine Möglichkeit gegeben etwas zu Essen zu bekommen.
