Pros:

The listing states that there is an airport shuttle. A few days before our scheduled arrival, I emailed the hotel to arrange pickup. They responded with a phone number to call. We called and they instructed us to call back the day of. We called back the day of and were informed that they were unable to provide the service for me, suggesting that I take a taxi instead. When I arrived to the junior suite, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The two large beds only had comforters and did not have sheets. The comforters and pillow cases were stained and dirty. Upon pulling the comforters back, I found various long, black hairs. It was very clear that nothing had been washed. The third room had a small bed and pull out bed. Neither bed had anything to cover oneself with, no sheets or comforters. I called the staff and requested bedding be brought to the villa. They only brought one sheet and one comforter, which also had various yellow and brown stains. In this smaller room, I also found a pillowcase in the corner which had been scrunched up. When I opened it up, I found it was very dirty with a substance that looked like stool. In the rest of the villa, there were cobwebs, spider webs, and various dirty surfaces. The couch had pen all over it. Unfortunately, I did not think to take photographs. However, there is no reason why I would make any of this info up. It seems that at one point, this was a nice hotel. However, the standards of cleanliness need to be addressed.
