Every time I come Kl..I'm stay here..vey nice and near to KL Sentral and NU sentral..I booked deluxe room but the staff give me deluxe triple room..tq so much..the econ very cold and comfortable..I'm very satisfied 😊..

Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, lit confortable, propre, enfin tout est bien

Cons:

Rien à voir avec l’établissement,
Mais l’irrespect des clients de l’hôtel qui ont fait beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à minuit et à partir de 5 h du matin ( parler, téléphoner, portes qui claquent et les valises…)

Super Lage, sauber und komfortabel, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu toppen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, immer lächelnd, immer präsent.
Das Housekeeping und deren Mitarbeiter sind ohnehin immer wieder die besten; von mir herzliche 12 von 10 Punkten :))
