Conveniently located within two minutes walk from KL Sentral (the main transport hub of KL) and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a top floor relaxation area and a gym. Every morning I really enjoyed my workout in the gym. It’s an excellent budget hotel.
I have no complains.
My room had a free upgrade to a room with two queen sized beds. The whole room was clean, new or like new, air-ventilated and comfy, there was no any weird or humid smell, and no smoke smell in the room unlike those typical budget hotel rooms. Pillows and beds were soft and comfy, no bed bugs, surprisingly plenty of water, coffee and tea bags were provided. The hairdryer wasn't in the room but they were able to provide one that was a portable one, which was great. Probably my first very pleasant budget hotel stay in KL!
The clothes rack in the toilet was too high for a person who is 157cm, i could barely throw and take my clothes up there. The iron could use some maintenance on its wire for safety precautions, and it was a bit difficult to iron longer clothes with its position, but i could see that they have tried their best with its position.
Easy access, good service from the start. Happy staying and for repeat stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms that doesn’t have windows
Comfy bed. The view from the windows was excellent.
Poor soundproofing, so I could hear the noise from the trains. The washroom is awkward.
