Pros:

室内設備。清潔でアメニティもしっかり用意されていた。二段ベッドの部屋を利用したが、ベッドはしっかりした構造で、さほどギシギシ音が鳴ることは無かった。

Great place to stay

Das einzige war, dass es nicht so viel Platz im Zimmer für die Koffer gab. Das warn bissl eng.

きれいな施設ですが、ふたを開けるとガッカリ。
スタッフの対応は、このクラスのホテルではありえないぐらい素晴らしい。

Cons:

まず、駅から遠い。近くにコンビニさえない。

レンタル自転車があるという理由で、立地は悪いがここに決めた。
『1日1000円、デポジット2000円』と言われて借りたら、あとになって今日の23時までという。翌日は朝でさえ使えない。通常レンタカーなら借りた時間から丸一日といえば翌日同時間まで。せめてチェックアウトまででしょう？

当初と話がちがうと言うと、責任者の指示なのかレンタル時の同意書に小さな文字で時間が記載されていると見せられる。…ふざけてますか？
こんなもん読みますか？口頭では1日と聞きましたけど？実に不愉快な体験でした。

数時間しかレンタルできないなら、こんな使いづらいチャリなんか借りなかった。というか、このホテルを選ばなかった。
博多には安いレンタルサイクルがたくさんあるのに。。。このトラブルで、博多ステイのプランがめちゃくちゃになりました。

自転車は見た目はいいけど、安定感なし、ぐらぐら、チェーンにズボンの裾が巻き込まれる。カゴに荷物を入れると自転車が倒れそうになるという、ほぼおもちゃ。
自転車に慣れていない人にはオススメしません。

３月の宿泊でしたが、マンション構造なので、部屋に廊下のからの外気が入ってきて、とにかく激寒。エアコンもきかないから、部屋のなかでダウンが必要。

スペースはせまく、ベッドまわりに水1本を置くスペースさえなく、マットレススペースのみ。不便。
なので、夜中にもロッカー開け閉めする音で何度も目が覚める。

1フロアに女性用洗面台4つ。
なのでChが占拠していて、いつも使えない。ティッシュは常に空だぽ。
使用後は髪の毛とごみだらけ。
こらは客層の問題でホテルは悪くない。

スタッフさんの対応は素晴らしいけど、、それ以外は価値なし。
運営は頑張ってるが、経営が客目線無視。
もちろん5つ星と比べるとこはできないが、私もホテル業界の人間なので、

この程度のホステルはいくらでもあるので、快適に過ごしたいなら、もっと立地のいい他のホステルを選んだ方がいいです。

Pros:

I stayed in a dorm. It was clean, quiet and warm, considering it was really cold outside. The dorms have access to great bathroom facilities.
There is great lobby/common area where you can work or eat. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and lovely to talk to.

L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel super. Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Je pense qu’il n’y as pas assez de machine à laver pour tous le monde. J’ai attendu presque 1h pour pouvoir faire sécher mon linge après la machine car les personnes ne venaient pas récupérer leur linge.
