Struttura bellissima situata in un punto strategico tutto molto pulito staff cordiale e colazione perfetta non chilometrica ma perfetta x mangiare tutto e non sprecare cose inutilmente

Das Villawee Hotel ist eine komplette Nichtraucher-Unterkunft, inklusive aller Balkone. Diese wichtige Information war bei der Buchung nirgends klar ersichtlich. Wir reisen mit einem Kind und sind beide Raucher. Das bedeutet, dass wir zum Rauchen jedes Mal vor den Hoteleingang gehen mussten, was insbesondere am Abend sehr unpraktisch ist.

Beim Check-in erhielten wir auf unsere Nachfrage lediglich die Antwort: „Dann können Sie ja ein anderes Hotel buchen.“ Diese Reaktion empfanden wir als wenig kundenfreundlich. Als ich daraufhin nach einem Hotelwechsel fragte, stellte sich heraus, dass wir trotz dieser Aussage die gesamten Stornokosten hätten tragen müssen.

Die Dusche ist ein richtiges Erlebnis, mal kalt dann wieder kochend heiss..

Gibt viele gute Adressen in Chaweng, kommen bestimmt nicht mehr zu euch
