Besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Personal. Wir hatten anfangs ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer, das jedoch sofort und unkompliziert gelöst wurde. Unser Zimmer wurde umgehend gewechselt, und das Personal hat sich hervorragend um unser Anliegen gekümmert. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen – viele Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Charmant hôtel en bordure du port de Sile, mais il faut savoir que la ville est loin et que les commerces sont rares autour des plages. Donc sans voiture, c'est un séjour purement balnéaire. Personnel accueillant mais personne ne parle une autre langue que le turc, si bien qu'il est difficile d'avoir des renseignements, des conseils ou des aides.

We booked two rooms with a sea view, one suite and one double room. Both featured balconies with beautiful views, but the view from the suite was truly exceptional.

The suite has a large and wide balcony with a comfortable sitting area and a swing chair. Best of all, it offers the absolute finest panoramic view of the sea (shown in the attached image). It is definitely worth the extra money to upgrade to this room!

Eigentlich alles !

Sehr schöne Lage am Hafen. Unzählige Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Zuvorkommendes Personal und Zimmer (speziell die Suite mit grosser Terrasse und eigenem Liegestühlen ist zu empfehlen). Sehr schöne Poolanlage.

Phellos Suites’te harika zaman geçirdik, odaları oldukça geniş ve büyük terasında oturmak çok keyifli. Asıl artısı otelin konumu, hem yürüyerek çarşıya rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz hem de odanızda otururken bile manzarayı seyredebiliyorsunuz. Biz otelin hemen aşağısındaki Marin Balık’ta yemek yedik - otelin çevresindeki restoranlar da oldukça güzel. Odalar, havuz kenarı ve genel olarak otel çok temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Yalnızca kahvaltısı daha iyi olabilirdi diye düşünüyoruz, örneğin kızarmış ekmek, birkaç çeşit daha reçel, daha iyi peynirler vs görmek isterdik. Fakat kahvaltıyı yaptığınız alanın bile manzarası ve ortamı o kadar tatlı ki…Genel olarak, İstanbul’dan biraz uzaklaşmak için 10/10 bir deneyimdi, teşekkür ederiz.

We had the very best time at Phellos - we were exhausted after touring about everywhere and this was the perfect place to relax. A very comfortable suite with a great view and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and breakfasts unmissable - in fact we met a couple that owned a restaurant locally and came here for breakfast on their day off. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave !

Lovely property and the most gracious staff. We had a sea view double room and it was spacious with a beautiful view. Only issue was the City of Sile decided to repave the road right in front of the hotel and closed it frok wnd to end, so no way to get close to hotel and had to park up the hill. Not the hotel's fault at all! And they sent someone to help us with our bags.
