Pros:

Fantastic Central location. Friendly and helpful staff (especially Mustapha and Moubark) who speak several languages including English. It is a cheap and cheerful, shabby chic hotel with loads of beautiful Moroccan decoration. Well cleaned each day. Good shower and comfy firm bed. Can't be beat for value for money and we would definitely stay again!

Parfait pour petits budgets, bien placé et efficace
Pros:

Tres bien placé, juste a cote de Jemaa El Fna, du grand souk et plusieurs restaurants.

I recommend the stay, it’s worth the price, there are problems but they are manageable and for the location and comfynes
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the medina. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Koutoubia mosque and the atlas mountains and is the perfect place to relax. Reception was really nice, they accept euros and dirham. The room was nothing special but it was clean with a sink and comfortable big beds.

Cons:

The bathroom was not the cleanest and is cleaned only in the morning. If you shower in the morning it isn’t a problem. Another thing that annoyed me is that it isn’t allowed to shower after 00:00 and they turned the warm water off for that reason.
Another problem is that they couldn’t accept our payment with card and we had limited cash with us even in euros. So bring more cash in case the same problem occurs to you

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment I received during my recent stay.

I had a valid reservation at your hotel, but due to a flight delay—something completely outside of my control—I arrived later than expected. Instead of receiving understanding or basic customer service, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner by a member of your staff. I was spoken to inappropriately and even asked why I had “woken him up,” which I found completely unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I was not offered any assistance in resolving the situation. I was effectively left on my own and had to pay additional money to another individual just to help me find alternative accommodation for the night.

This level of service is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, support, and basic respect—none of which were provided.

Pros:

Very easy and central location! Clean showers and common areas. Staff was kind.

Cons:

Wi-Fi did not reach my room…. Very difficult to check in for flights and coordinate our travel day without being in the main area.

Pros:

Le riad est très bien placé(petits commerces et restaurants à 5 minutes). La propreté des lieux (sanitaires,chambres etc..) est parfaite. L'accueil,la disponibilité et les services proposés par Mubarak est au top.

Cons:

Cela reste un petit riad traditionnel pas d'isolation contre le bruit. Certaines personnes oublient qu'elles ne sont pas seules.

Enjoyed stay.
Pros:

It was best option for me as we shop around until 1am at jema el fna and used room for final packing and to go to airport.
Best option to spend last few hours.

Cons:

No Air Conditioning available though host kindly provided fan.
Not good to stay longer with young kids from UK.
