Unidade 95w, confortável. Café da manhã bom. Unidade para três pessoas, com geladeira, microondas, fogão. O estacionamento bem amplo, rotativo e o custo compatível.

Cons:

O ar condicionado não funcionou e quando funcionou não obedecia aos comandos do controle, além de ser muito velho. O fogão não acendia o forno. Havia panelas, alguns pratos e alguns talheres, velhos e deveriam ser substituídos.
