Guest don’t have privacy. Reception staff calls and says we are noisy whereas we don’t make a sound. In the middle of night get calls from reception.

Pros:

I had a really good stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Value to the money but service need polishing
Pros:

The location is near the airport (just 20-30 mins). There is nearby plaza with local restaurants and spa. 10 mins away to Lifestyle Mall, Pratunam, Platinum mall, Big C and wet market. Value to the money is good, though.

Cons:

We arrived earlier to the check in time, but the waiting area is quite hot. There were a lot of waiting guests but A/C was not on. Front area were used as smoking area and it was full of litter, can, bottles, cigaritte butts. We asked for flat iron and weighing scale and they dont have 😢. We asked the housekeeping staff for a scissor, immediateky he said NO, he said he is busy. As to the frontdesk staff, they are helpful, but the housekeeping, need some hospitality training, they doesnt smile. The dining staff were like robots, they dont greet guests, nor strike a smile. They just get the room number, that"s it. The food were good and balanced though, but were the same menu every day.
