Pros:

Tek bir personel vardı. 5 gün konakladık oda temizliği çarşaf değişimi yapılmıyor. Tuvalet kağıdını bile dolapları karıştırıp kendimiz bulduk. Yemek servisi olmadığı belirtildi ve verilmedi. İlk gün havuz pisti meğer bozukmuş. Tüm duş başlıkları bozuk ve belirtmemize rağmen otel boş olduğu halde oda değişimi de yapılmadı tamirci çağırdık dendi. İşletmeci olduğu düşünülen bir bayanı tüm gün otel de hiç göremedik. Genel temizlik çok kötüydü. Bir daha asla kalmam ödediğimiz paraya yazık oldu.

Pros:

very calm place and the food quality was perfect.
Air conditioning and lights were great.
Swimming pool and garden area were number one.

Cons:

Almost nobody talk English language even the manager which makes the communication difficult with staff.
Food and beverages menu were too limited.
Requests arrived with long delays and totally hotel service is not acceptable for this price

Alaçatıda pek çok otelde kalmış bir çift olarak kaldığımız en berbat yerdi, resepsiyon görevlileri orada çalıştığının farkında değil, banyomuzda bizden önce kalan kadınların mayoları yerde duruyordu, şezlonglarda örümcek ağları vardı ve kahvaltısı rezaletti, odada klima vardı ancak çalışmıyordu, kaldığımız ennnn kötü yerdi

Pros:

Wir haben lange nach einem Hotel in Alacati gesucht und haben uns dann für das Triangulo Hotel Alacati entschieden. Das Hotel hat einen großen Garten mit einem großen Pool. Es ist nah zum Stadtzentrum. Alle Läden, Restaurants und Bars sind in nur 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Großes Bad, TV, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Der Zimmerservice räumt täglich die Zimmer auf. Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstück war super und man könnte gegen einen Aufpreis auch nach dem Frühstück frisch zubereitete Snacks bestellen. Für mich war das Highlight in diesem Hotel das große Pool und trotz der nähe zum Zentrum wo es viele Bars gibt die ruhige Lage. Das war das 2. mal in alacati und Triangulo ist von nun an meine Favoritunterkunft. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war Perfekt und wie vereinbart. Bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Kahvaltı başarısız
Pros:

Gece yaşanan bir lokasyonda saat 11.00’de kahvaltı servisinin yapılmaması ve bu bilginin otel girişinde paylaşılmaması hiç iyi bir hizmet değil. Ertesi gün ki kahvaltı serviside açık büfeydi ve çok basitti, ödediğim paranın karşılığını aldığımı düşünmüyorum.

2. Ye geldiğimiz butik otel :) Sabah uyandığımızda Harika bir kahvaltı bizi mest etti. Çalışanlar Güler yüzlü ve çok nazik. Menemenini denemenizi tavsiye ederim. :D
