Quality is in the details - big fail!
Pros:

Too pricey for the accommodation. Hotel is off a main road and very noisy to sleep. Elevator was broken for two days and still broken when we checked out. There was coffee maker and cups but no coffee - just cream and sugar. Bed springs of bad quality.

The place is okay not amazing but courteous staff. Internet bad cannot log until I asked alternative to log on with better connection and should have been offered the first thing when we checked in.

Pros:

Shower drained slow. Bath vanity fixture wobbled; needed fixing/tightening. Lobby chairs needed maintenance like- cleaning of fabric on chairs. Dining facility did not have their prized dish, the Ruben caldereta; however, food quality was good. Staff was generally helpful, attentive.

Pros:

location is very strategic and accessible. staff were friendly and courteous... the cable tv was not working though; it could be a problem with the service provider. the hotel signage is kind of confusing because it says "Bendix by Best Western"
