The views are beautiful
The swimming pools were great
One of their drivers who took us around the island was great.
The service was really hit and miss. The food was mostly terrible.
Unless you have a bike you have to rely on their transport service which was not transparent at all. One short trip they quoted 100k then said oh actually it’s 150k then when we arrived the driver said that’s 250k. When we checked, they had edited the WhatsApp message to say 250k after we agreed. When we raised it they did acknowledge they had done this and gave us the 100k back in cash, but this left a very bad taste.
The shuttle driver ran over a puppy dog when taking us to the boat which was pretty traumatising for me as it could have been avoided but they chose not to.
We had a terrible smell from our drains two days in a row. The first day we asked someone to come and have a look, which they did but basically just sprayed a load of chemicals.
They disposed of things that weren’t rubbish.
Staff were amazing and happy to help with request. Restaurant staff and food were great, pool was unbelievably beautiful. Would stay again no problem at all.
L’hôtel est très bien, la vue depuis la chambre est incroyable, la piscine est très très bien ! Le personnel est très à l’écoute, il est facile de réserver quelque chose (scooter, massages, taxi, excursion). Le restaurant offre une belle vue également puisque l’hôtel est situé en hauteur. La chambre est nettoyé tout les jours. Je recommande c’était très bien !
La struttura è molto bella, situata in alto rispetto al porto e permette di godere di uno splendido panorama.
I servizi sono impeccabili e c’è grande attenzione e disponibilità da parte del personale. Abbiamo cenato spesso al ristorante dell’hotel, ci siamo trovati molto bene: una buona scelta del Menù e piatti preparati bene.
Abbiano visto che stanno rifacendo la strada che collega Semabu alla zona del porto, questo renderà ancora migliore soggiornare qui!

Dated but well worth it
Credo che la struttura sia una delle più esclusive dell’isola, molto conosciuta dai local e molto vicina al lungomare di nusa penida, che è la zona centrale. La stanza è veramente molto spaziosa, così come il bagno. Il letto è larghissimo, potrebbero dormirci quattro persone. La piscina è bellissima, aperta fino a tardi la sera, per non parlare della vista mozzafiato sul porto, dove si può vedere anche il tramonto. Lo staff è molto disponibile e accoglie ogni richiesta fatta dagli ospiti, con la possibilità di fare colazione in camera o ordinare da mangiare dal ristorante. È possibile anche noleggiare scooter o gita in barca, ovviamente a un prezzo superiore rispetto alla concorrenza.
La pulizia non era granché, c’era parecchia polvere, ragnatele, ragni, poca attenzione alle piccole cose. L’illuminazione della stanza e del bagno è davvero carente, soprattutto nel bagno dove c’è una sola luce, neanche molto luminosa, che rendeva inevitabilmente difficile anche guardarsi allo specchio. Gli interruttori delle luci e i comodini erano molto lontani dal letto, quindi ogni volta per mettere a caricare qualcosa prima di andare a dormire o per spegnere la luce, bisogna alzarsi dal letto.

The water pressure was horrible and bathroom needs to be updated . No channels on the tv
Pool, the view of the ocean and sunset from the pool was beautiful. Rooms were large and spacious.
Food - we ordered Indian dinner and it was horrible. Please eat out or order local dishes.
Breakfast - struggle for coffee and bread, those are basics.
