Assolutamente bello
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, situata in alto rispetto al porto e permette di godere di uno splendido panorama.
I servizi sono impeccabili e c’è grande attenzione e disponibilità da parte del personale. Abbiamo cenato spesso al ristorante dell’hotel, ci siamo trovati molto bene: una buona scelta del Menù e piatti preparati bene.
Abbiano visto che stanno rifacendo la strada che collega Semabu alla zona del porto, questo renderà ancora migliore soggiornare qui!

Vista mozzafiato, ma la stanza non cosi perfetta

Credo che la struttura sia una delle più esclusive dell’isola, molto conosciuta dai local e molto vicina al lungomare di nusa penida, che è la zona centrale. La stanza è veramente molto spaziosa, così come il bagno. Il letto è larghissimo, potrebbero dormirci quattro persone. La piscina è bellissima, aperta fino a tardi la sera, per non parlare della vista mozzafiato sul porto, dove si può vedere anche il tramonto. Lo staff è molto disponibile e accoglie ogni richiesta fatta dagli ospiti, con la possibilità di fare colazione in camera o ordinare da mangiare dal ristorante. È possibile anche noleggiare scooter o gita in barca, ovviamente a un prezzo superiore rispetto alla concorrenza.

Cons:

La pulizia non era granché, c’era parecchia polvere, ragnatele, ragni, poca attenzione alle piccole cose. L’illuminazione della stanza e del bagno è davvero carente, soprattutto nel bagno dove c’è una sola luce, neanche molto luminosa, che rendeva inevitabilmente difficile anche guardarsi allo specchio. Gli interruttori delle luci e i comodini erano molto lontani dal letto, quindi ogni volta per mettere a caricare qualcosa prima di andare a dormire o per spegnere la luce, bisogna alzarsi dal letto.

It was ok. Impersonal staff. Just the property and views were nice.
Pros:

Pool, the view of the ocean and sunset from the pool was beautiful. Rooms were large and spacious.

Cons:

Food - we ordered Indian dinner and it was horrible. Please eat out or order local dishes.
Breakfast - struggle for coffee and bread, those are basics.

Совершенно не стоит своих денег
Pros:

Красивая территория, хороший бассейн.
Прекрасный вид, но закат уже не так удобно наблюдать, как на фотографиях - деревья выросли.
Отличный ресторан.

Cons:

Менеджмент вообще не уделяет внимания текущему ремонту в номерах:
- мебель почти вся немного сломана, по мелочи
- смыв в туалете нормально работает 1 раз из 5
- слив в душе забит
- из лейки душа вода течет плохо
- замок на двери заедает

Зато на ресепшене стоит очень душный персонал - оплачивал я наличными, доллары не берут. Говорю, давайте я разменяю и оплачу. Они потребовали оплатить хотя бы один день сразу, я оплатил, а затем вечером того же дня звонили мне в номер около 22:00 с просьбой оплатить второй день. При выезде попросили подождать чтобы проверить комнату - не сломал ли я что-нибудь.

The rooms were very big and clean. We took a room with ocean view which was worth but no need to pay too much for the view only. The pool and its view was mesmerizing and The whole property was well maintained.

Cons:

The only thing which needs to be upgraded is the No of ACs in the room. Since, Nusa Penida is a hot place and considering the size of the room, one AC in the room was not able to make it cool. You will have to wait an hour to make your room suitable else you will keep feeling warm.
