Substandard property and certainly not for a family.
Pros:

Good location. Terrible experience.

Cons:

The property is very old, and uncomfortable. The front desk staff speak to you as if you’re in a college hostel. The food was consistently horrible and rooms very uncomfortable. The ACs don’t cool, as they are too small for the rooms that size. We had a terrible two night stay.

Nærme havnen, og veldig fin utsikt. Hyggelige ansatte.

Cons:

Luktet kloakk fra bad, og ikke veldig godt vasket på rom, var døde insekter på veggene som ikke er vasket bort fra tidligere. Maten var heller ikke noe særlig, men milkshaken/mocktails var gode! Dårlig trykk i dusjen, og harde senger.

Pros:

Kind staff and good facilities

Cons:

There was no water suddenly in the rooms on one of the days. It took almost 45 minutes for then to fix it. Besides, Nusa Penida is a hyped up location.

L’hôtel est magnifique les villas sont très belle et bien entretenue
Les piscines sont parfaites

Diani and the rest of the team were really friendly with us.
Breakfast service was nice too.

Cons:

In my reservation the shuttle was free from harbour and they tried millions time to charge me - in both ways, I had to push many times.

Also, they offer shuttle service with insane price.A ride of 10 min (one way) became in 10€ ( 200K), that’s crazy!

2 coffee in the morning 6.5€ … in Indonesia….speechless

The water pressure in the shower was minimal. Barely any water came out, and it was very difficult to wash my hair.

On their book services they offered yoga Matt but when we requested they didn’t have.

In a nutshell, we expected much more based on the category of the hotel.

Simply Awesome!!! Our stay at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida was simply perfect. The environment is incredibly calm and peaceful, with no noise at all-ideal for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed in a direct pool access room with a beautiful sea view, which made the experience even more special. The room was spacious and felt like home, with a large living area, bedroom, and an especially huge bathroom.

The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team. They were always attentive, humble, and ready to provide everything we needed.

The food exceeded our expectations-there is not a single complaint. The quality, presentation, taste, and portion sizes were all excellent.

The location is also perfect, close to the jetty and convenient for accessing both sides of the island.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are very thankful to the wonderful staff for making it so memorable.

Bel endroit mais hôtellerie moyenne.
Pros:

la vue est magnifique, l'endroit protégé et calme. Chambre spacieuse et très grand lit. Très belles piscines.

Cons:

le manque de propreté de la chambre, le drap ne couvrait pas complètement le matelas et ce dernier était taché. L'absence d'eau le matin impossible de se laver ou d'aller aux toilettes. Les fenêtres qui constituent également la porte d'entrée ne ferment pas complètement. Restauration très très moyenne, petit déjeuner succint.
