Simply Awesome!!! Our stay at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida was simply perfect. The environment is incredibly calm and peaceful, with no noise at all-ideal for a relaxing getaway.
We stayed in a direct pool access room with a beautiful sea view, which made the experience even more special. The room was spacious and felt like home, with a large living area, bedroom, and an especially huge bathroom.
The staff were super friendly, especially the restaurant team. They were always attentive, humble, and ready to provide everything we needed.
The food exceeded our expectations-there is not a single complaint. The quality, presentation, taste, and portion sizes were all excellent.
The location is also perfect, close to the jetty and convenient for accessing both sides of the island.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are very thankful to the wonderful staff for making it so memorable.

la vue est magnifique, l'endroit protégé et calme. Chambre spacieuse et très grand lit. Très belles piscines.
le manque de propreté de la chambre, le drap ne couvrait pas complètement le matelas et ce dernier était taché. L'absence d'eau le matin impossible de se laver ou d'aller aux toilettes. Les fenêtres qui constituent également la porte d'entrée ne ferment pas complètement. Restauration très très moyenne, petit déjeuner succint.

Être réveillé à 4h du matin par les prières d’une confession pendant 45 minutes puis à 6h par une autre confession puis le soir tard… Le personnel est professionnel mais moins attentionné que dans les autres hôtels que nous avons pris à Bali antérieurement.

I liked the room very much and the pool with the view was perfect. Also the cleaning service was very good and the room was always clean.
The staff was a little arrogant because we were asking for a motorbike without damages. Also we didn’t like the food of their restaurant.
