The front desk person was excellent. Helpful with dining options as well as scheduling an early morning taxi.

Cons:

Door to the room would stick on the floor tile. Shower glass was dirty. Room needed to be painted. Light on right side of bed was damaged. The light was just a bulb without any type of shade.

I appreciated that the staff changed our room, but unfortunately, the new one wasn't any better. However, the location is great: there are nice restaurants nearby, and it is very easy to get to any part of the city.

The room was extremely dirty. The shower and toilet had not been cleaned, and there was a broken bottle left in the room. Additionally, a power socket was broken. I am very disappointed with the condition of the room; management needs to resolve these issues

Pros:

A very cozy hotel with everything necessary for a traveler. The room was very clean and convenient. All the staff was very helpful in every question, special appreciation for Roberto. We had an opportunity to have tea in a beautiful terrace. This hotel is perfect for those who don't want to wait in the airport for their flight.
