Clean and comfortable room. Near Kings Island.
The quietness of the rooms was remarkable. When I discovered my room was close to the elevator, I was concerned, because I am a light sleeper. However, the door closed and all noises were shut out.
I heard NO voices.
I heard NO doors closing.
I have traveled and stayed in hotel rooms for 40 years. I THINK the property musts have soft close doors on the rooms. Rach of us have cringed when the heavy room door slips out of our hands causing the door to loudly slam. Not only did that NOT happen to me,…. I believe it didn’t happen to other guests!
No door slams.
No guest’s voices in the hallway or elevator area.
This property has remarkably quiet rooms!! This feature is an unexpected treat!

The breakfast was great and the staff member overseeing breakfast went out of her way to make it a great experience for guests.
The room thermostat was set at 63 when we entered our room and it was very cold. We adjusted the thermostat to 72 and it became comfortable in about 30 mins. There was also a tear in the top sheet on the bed.
Receptionist nice
Had to get a different room. Was disgusted...the first room we went in had bed all made up. When checking room soiled areas all over the bed and blood on pillowcase...not old soaked thru into pillow. Nothing was cleaned obviously or changed. Felt disgusted told them and got different room. But no upgrade? No discount? Im sure if the room in 508 wasnt clean and had visible soiled areas the look of the clean room in 504 wasnt truly cleaned. Why you should always check your room.
Staff was nice
No AC both nights. Couldn't offer another room because every room was booked. Absolutely no sleep both nights.
It was very comfortable, clean, and modern! I also like that the outside looked attractive as well.
