Nice facility but I question the quality of the staff that run it.
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, clean, updated and affordable. Rooms were clean and parking well lit. I cant complain about the facility itself as it was sufficient, my unfortunate experience lays with the check in process and how the staff handled it.

Cons:

Location is off busy street that has in a part of town that had a sketchy feel to it.
Breakfast was subpar as the choices were just ok and half of the time I was there, there wasn't enough food kept in stock . the attendant just couldn't keep things stocked or clean (that could be the error of the guest, though)
My biggest issues was that checking in took over an hour. For some reason, staff couldn't locate my reservation (even though I showed her my booking confirmation and an email from the hotel directly) but she couldn't find me in the system and had to call her manager. I waited for almost an hour and even when she was ready to check me in, gave no explanation as to what happened. Or as I recall, after I asked her what the issue was, she replied that she wasn't sure but her manager fixed it. 🤷‍♀️ As a consolation for my wait, she gave me two bottled waters. I know these things happen but it was pretty late at night when we arrived (i was travelling cross country with my two kids) and the staff just seemed too tired to care that she was having a woman and her kids waiting around for a room that was prepaid for.

The staff that check in and out was extremely rude!! The pillows were hard as rocks and the mattress was very lumpy.

Our stay was short but just great! Couldn't have been better.
Pros:

Did not eat breakfast, but left early in the morning, 4:15 a.m. The hotel was one of the only ones who would arrange an early morning airport shuttle. The young lady desk clerk was so very kind and went out of her way to assure me more than once that the shuttle would be there to take us to the airport, and it was. I so appreciated her effort
