j'ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel et l'emplacement

très bruyant, j'avais lu les avis mais là c'est vraiment très très très bruyant surtout parce que ma fenêtre fermait mal et ce n'est pas isolé donc on attend tout à l'intérieur aussi de l'hôtel des 7h du matin pour 1 ou 2 nuit ça va mais 4 nuits j'étais vraiment épuisée de m'être réveillée 3 ou 5 fois par nuit et le
matin impossible de se reposer avec le bruit du personnel qui nettoie à l'intérieur . Sachez qu'il n'y a pas de ménage fait dans votre chambre ,pas de lits refaits et pas de serviettes changées alors ça pour le prix ce n'est pas grave

Pros:

Gayet temiz ve personeller çok ilgili. Tam bir fiyat -performans oteli. Eğer ben gece temiz ve güvenli bir otelde konaklamak istiyorum, uygun fiyatlı bir otel olsun diyorsanız bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Konumu da harika. Sadece benim kaldığım oda aşırı küçüktü. Öyle ki elbise dolabı yoktu.

Pictures do some of the rooms!
Pros:

Location. 1 min walk to the Ortakoy seaside.

Cons:

We stayed one night with my daughter. The room we got was nothing like the pictures. The pictures show a modern design but we had a room with outdated furniture; chairs with visible stains, dust in every corner and stains all over the door and walls. We arrived late and with a kid, I didn’t wanna look for a new place. We ended up staying in Ortakoy another week but at a different property.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near everything you might need during your stay, such as the ferry and public transport. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly ,special thanks to them for their help throughout my stay

Pros:

Hanımefendi çok nazik ve kibardı. Ayırttığımız odanın küçük gelebileceğini düşünerek başka alternatifler de sundu ancak oda gayet yeterliydi çok tatlıydı. Ayrıca gayet temizdi. Böyle kibar ve müsterisine önem veren işletmecilerin gereken değeri görmesi gerektıgını dusunuyorum

Staff was very friendly and great location

Cons:

The invoice was mistakenly charged twice – once by the hotel and once by Booking. The hotel owner was not helpful with the refund process and only after repeatedly following up with Booking did the issue start to be resolved.

Great location, Great value, very comfortable.
Pros:

Nice boutique, shabby chic style.
Very clean, but some recent repair work left a very musty smell in the bathroom that dissipated over the days I stayed.
Comfortable bed, quality linens and towels.
Hotels (buildings in general in Turkey) do not have much sound insulation. Noise will be dictated by who's in the rooms around you. I got very, very lucky.
The location of Hot is right in the centre of Ortakoy but just off the main road, 3 mins walk to the mosque on the Bosphorous, I did not get disturbed by traffic noise once. I had five nights of excellent VFM.

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom and the shower door needed a little attention as it wouldn't shut properly. And a slightly better shower head.
These issues did not detract from my comfort and for the money I do not think anyone would complain.

Not good but for ortaköy location nice
Pros:

We didnt stay at the same room in the pictures. They help to carry our luagage upstairs. Room wsnt clean and didnt get much clean rather than trashes and when we asked for different sheets. There is no sound cancelation. Room is generally old. Price was okey but i would recommend different options. Location was great tho
