Amazing! We will definitely be staying there again in the future!
Pros:

This is my go to hotel every time we visit Houston. We just love staying in the Katy area, but especially this hotel. If I may, I might have to start requesting specific rooms because the one we stayed in was the main reason why I fell in love with the hotel in the first place. The room was ginormous! lol!

Cons:

I never have anything negative to say. My honey is the one who is usually picky, especially about his water pressure. Well, he had no complaints!

Staff friendly, clean & comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Handicap room with no walk in shower. Do you not realize that people with mobility problems cannot climb into a tub. And no anti slip mat for the tub. Grab bars were great.

Pros:

Jenine the front desk person gave myself and husband a very hard time, insisting that “those 3rd party apps aren’t good” and that she could not fine my reservation even AFTER I had given my name- confirmation number as well as my license. My husband took us to a Family members home we waited until 8-9 o’clock to return and TRY AGAIN- and we were able to sleep our 3 children. And we are also now fighting to understand two separate stay charges from this hotel smh
