Pros:

Jenine the front desk person gave myself and husband a very hard time, insisting that “those 3rd party apps aren’t good” and that she could not fine my reservation even AFTER I had given my name- confirmation number as well as my license. My husband took us to a Family members home we waited until 8-9 o’clock to return and TRY AGAIN- and we were able to sleep our 3 children. And we are also now fighting to understand two separate stay charges from this hotel smh

HEAT STROKE HALLWAYS.
Pros:

It was really nice. The staff was nice . There was only one thing that me and my wife thought that the hallways were very warm and uncomfortable walking to the room. Once we were in the room we were comfortable, because we had control of the thermostat though. I told the front desk about it and they said ok that they would look Into it, but it still stayed hot the whole 3 nights we were there. I told the front desk lady there should be some kind of compensation for it. They said they couldn't do anything for us. Everything I am saying is true. I'm not out to get anything for free. It's just me and my wife sharing our review thanks. Joseph Trahan. Please look into satisfying your customers a little better. That makes the difference...

The room was great.

Cons:

for the price you pay to stay there, you shouldn't have to pay for breakfast.,
You charge an incidental charge which was not communicated to me when I made the reservation. It just showed up on my credit card. No bill statement is given to us at time of check out. You could be charging anything.
