The staff could not do enough for you, nothing was to much trouble, always polite, friendly and professional, the hotel was excellent, my wife is hard of walking and needs easy access which the staff / management made for her, and adviced the room to have the next time we come, which we will as this is the place for us when visiting friends
Nothing, everything was great for us, the menus for breakfast, snacks and dinner were great, the delivery was even better, its the many extra little touches that make it all so good example breakfast menu has things to do today, the expected weather, tides etc, great thought goes into the well being of the customer, on the last day I invited a friend to join us for breakfast before we left for the long drive home, nothing was a problem.... This is quality service, thank you very much

The location in a quiet picturesque street close to the harbour and town centre of Kirkudbright is very good and offers both an hotel car park plus ample on street parking with no restrictions.
