Quarto excelente

Ok hotel (nice rooms, no A/C, inexistent wi-fi from my room), but the gentleman at front desk made it look like we were annoying him with our presence.

Très bien situé en plein centre mais calme néanmoins. Super petit déjeuner.
Chambre extrêmement propre.

Posizione ottima proprio in centro con garage per auto molto vicino. Stanza molto grande e molto pulita senza aria condizionata cmq si stava bene lo stesso. Personale cortese e professionale. Buona e varia colazione. Ottima soluzione direi.

Beautiful view of the river running next to the hotel. Short walk to the center, nice storage for bicycles. Excellent breakfast and very good shower, spacey room.

Friendly staff, good roomy bedroom, good shower and really good breakfast. wifi worked so so.

No parking. Difficult to load and unload. Room is of a good size. Parking is the issue.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel. We had a room with 2 balconies, one right over the river. The river is loud with the windows open but the with the windows shut the soundproofing was great. Really nice location for exploring the dolomites.

I have stayed there before, but this time I was not very satisfied. Matress was worn out and the shower fixture broken. Also no apologies, only an "it cannot really be true."

Camere ampie, materasso comodo. Servizi, arredamenti, colazione, tutto migliorabile. Passabile per una notte.

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Ski Tage, Tiefgarage 200m entfernt war sehr praktisch und preislich fair, Skischuhwärmer im Keller ist vorhanden. Man benötigt natürlich immer Skibus oder Auto mit entsprechenden (Zeit-)Aufwand, dafür kann man Abends zu Fuß in die schöne Innenstadt zum Essen. Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück ab 07:00, Cappuccino u.ä. wird von der Siebträgermaschine liebevoll und frisch zubereitet.

Ottima struttura, proprio quello che occorre per un po di relax

One of the worst attitudes of any hotel staff we’ve ever witnessed.

When we arrived we were told we had booked a double room but for only one person - not a problem, that was our mistake. But the man in front desk was so rude, acted like it was be worst thing in the world and mocked us for not booking correctly as well as scoffing and laughing when I asked if it was a double room, and saying ‘yes but you have to pay if you want two pillows obviously’, he then proceeded to charge us €65 extra for the extra bedding. He then told us we had to go to our room and come back later to get our passports back. He told us no other information and we went to bed. There was no information about breakfast, checkout, WiFi password etc and the desk was unmanned.

This morning we got up and went for breakfast only to find out it finished at 10am, we had not been told and there was no information in the room.

So we had to walk into the town to find something to eat, there was nothing so we had to buy bananas and cookies from a small supermarket.

We got back to check out before 11am and there was another man at the desk, as soon as we walked in the door he said ‘you’re room 31? You should have checked out’ in a really rude, aggressive manner that stopped us in our tracks. He said check out was 10am. Nowhere does it say this and nobody told us this when we checked in. I said sorry we didn’t realise and were checking out now (10:30) and that the man hadn’t told us the checkout time and he immediately snapped back ‘well you can read, you should have looked on the website’ (which we couldn’t access as we didn’t have WiFi), and continued to insult and belittle us both when we tried to explain that the staff could also have told us when we checked in.

We don’t even mind about the extra charge (even though it’s extortionate) nor the missed breakfast or the early check out, but the attitude and insults from the staff was completely unacceptable along with their complete lack of help. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, we were horrified and will never be back.

We were meant to be booking for a 10 day ski trip but we went to a different hotel which is amazing instead, and the staff are lovely! So I guess that’s a good result!

Long story short, stay somewhere else!

The staff are very rude, unfriendly and didn’t provide any detail to the stay. I would not stay here again
